"When going to the website was intrigued at their prices and specials. Though upon attempting to order an advertised daily special on their website of an 18” inch 1 topping pizza and 20 wings for $23.99 could not find the deal in the site. Anoption of ordering through Slice advertised though I prefer to order directly from entities. Called the establishment andstarted with asking for this daily deal and my order was taken and then upon asking what my total was (nowadays if you don’task they don’t tell) I was told $33. I asked why the total was $33 for a daily deal of $23.99. I was informed that they nolonger had that deal and that they could not control the website that advertised this. This does not sound correct and asked howthis is possible when the establishment posts the website and has rights as well. Was again told they had no control over thesechanges and that only deals through Slice where accurate. Asked to speak to a manager and given the same answer as well asadditional feedback heard in the background. Now being a business major this is bad business and false advertisement. I couldhave waited for the owner but being the person I am I was more concerned with feeding my family than the principle of the wholesituation and of course now can make the notation on reviews. Is their food good, yes! Is the service good, eh guess it dependsif you agree with them. Is their advertisement accurate, guess you better go to the correct website to be sure!"

"I'm new to Buckeye and we decided to try this place out. The food was amazing, the service was great and the value for the money totally worth it. One thing we noticed was that the crew serving the food kept saying encouraging things to the people making the food telling them they were doing a great job keeping up with the orders. You just don't see that at other places. We will support This business over and over again."

"My friend and I met at this restaurant last week to have a nice meal and catch up. Unfortunately, the waitress who served us was extremely rude and unpleasant, which was very disappointing. It really put a damper on our experience. I don't think I want to return as long as this insensitive woman is still working there. The food and the cafe itself were quite good, but if you have a disability, don't expect to receive good service."

"Iv been coming here for the last 15 years. Not too bad but not great. Branded as a steakhouse they miss the mark entirely. Anytime iv order a steak medium-rare they tend to overcook it and present it well done. I tend to just order a california burrito but even the burritos are starting to taste bland. The potatoes are always overcooked and leaves the burrito with no flavor. Food has become meh over the years. The service has always been great though. The servers always treat people genuinely kind and respectful. They are open 24 hours which is nice when you work them odd shifts. They do have the benefit of call in pick up orders but sometimes tend to never even place the order which can be very frustrating. Not the best place to stop but also not the worst. Their salsa is great with chips and tends to get dumped on my food to give it some much needed flavoring. Their prices aren't horrible considering the portion sizes are massive. The only thing keeping this place in business is being open 24/7 and the fact that their is a bit of nostalgia for many buckeye locals"

"Today, I had an unpleasant experience at the Buckeye drive-thru. When I arrived, I wanted to make sure the person assisting me could hear me well, as I was a bit far from the microphone. I asked the attendant multiple times in Spanish if he was listening, but he only responded with “What can I get for you?” without addressing my question. On my third attempt, he said, “What do you want?” I then started to place my order, but he interrupted me with “What else?” When I finished, he didn’t even tell me the total; he just told me to “go to the window.” When I got to the window, a girl asked me, “Excuse me, what is your order?” It became clear that the guy hadn’t registered my order or anything since there was no one else there. Additionally, it took longer than usual, which confirmed that my order had not been placed."
