"Today, I had an unpleasant experience at the Buckeye drive-thru. When I arrived, I wanted to make sure the person assisting me could hear me well, as I was a bit far from the microphone. I asked the attendant multiple times in Spanish if he was listening, but he only responded with “What can I get for you?” without addressing my question. On my third attempt, he said, “What do you want?” I then started to place my order, but he interrupted me with “What else?” When I finished, he didn’t even tell me the total; he just told me to “go to the window.” When I got to the window, a girl asked me, “Excuse me, what is your order?” It became clear that the guy hadn’t registered my order or anything since there was no one else there. Additionally, it took longer than usual, which confirmed that my order had not been placed."
