I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, and the customer service was outstanding! My fried turkey sandwich was absolutely delicious!

I ordered a hamburger without buns, toppings, cooking, flavor, or meat. I'm surprised they served me this burger (see picture). I give it 5 stars. Thank you!

I had a really disappointing experience with the drive-thru staff. They were very rude and unprofessional, and none of them were wearing masks. Given the overall experience, I definitely won't be coming back to this place.

I ordered a single for $6.99 but decided to go all out and got a double for just four dollars more. I have to say, the Wagyu bacon ranch burger was delicious. It wasn’t dry at all, and the sauce complemented the burger perfectly. I’m really satisfied with my choice! No need for dinner after this!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited Arby's drive-thru and ordered their buffalo chicken sandwich, which was on promotion—two for seven dollars. However, there was an overwhelming amount of buffalo sauce that completely covered the chicken. To enjoy the sandwich, you might need to wipe off some of the sauce to make it more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service right from the moment we walked in. Chris, who took our order, was fantastic! He managed to multitask by taking orders and assisting the kitchen, all while checking in to see if we needed anything as we ate. This is truly a place that knows how to provide outstanding service! The food was delicious as well, and we left feeling completely satisfied!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered my food at the drive-thru, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold, as if they had just slapped it together. I decided to go inside to get a new sandwich, hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I always thought Arby's was the place for a nice, hot sandwich, but it seems like every time I go there, my sandwich is lukewarm or cold. I'm going to make it clear next time that I want a fresh sandwich right off the grill!

I get the greek gyros a few times a week. Delicious. Would give 5 stars if the drive thru line wasn't long every time I go. One night I sat in line nearly an hour only to get halfway home to discovery the bag contained roast beef sandwiches instead of gyros. Had to drive back and wait inside for some time to get the order corrected. This photo is from Sept 22, today, I choked on plastic that was inside my gyro. I was excited when I pulled up because no one was in line, but my gyro was warm, not hot, and it had plastic in it. I went inside and showed the young lady, she has it prepared again.
