"Went to Aurelio’s in Lowell tonight for dinner for my son’s birthday. Walked in, waited in the front as the sign says, “Please wait to be seated.” For 15 minutes, no one ever even acknowledged us. There were 4 different people at the front counter that never even said so much as hello. I worked as a manager for a pizza restaurant for 8 years. My employees at the front counter were always trained that no matter if it was a dine in, you at LEAST greet the customer and let them know, that YOU know they are there and waiting. Instead I had 4 different people staring at us in different turns and never saying a word. If the server was too busy in the dining room, fine. But don’t make me wait around for 15-20 minutes feeling awkward. I would have happily just went somewhere else and not waited around had they just said the dining room was too full. But being completely ignored? The lack of customer service was just appalling. This was our first time coming here too, but I won’t be back."

I had a great time visiting the pizzeria. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was good but not great. Crust recipe could be improved. Overall a good experience.

The restaurant is not what it used to be. The service is terrible, and the pizza was too salty to eat. The employees, who appear to be inexperienced kids, often get orders wrong and struggle with making change.

The atmosphere is amazing and the food is pretty good albeit a little bland. Servers are nice and relaxed but the food can sometimes take a while especially if you’re having something other than pizza. Parking: The parking is absolutely perfect. Ver carta

As someone new to the city, I decided to try pizza for the first time in Lowell. I was initially told that it would take 50 minutes for my order to be ready for pick-up. When I arrived right on time after 50 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my order would only take an additional 10 minutes. I thought that was pretty cool.

The waitress was excellent. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was delicious, though I was expecting a more homemade taste. The pizza was mediocre - my wife enjoyed it, but I personally did not care for it. I appreciated the amount of sauce, but I found the cheese to be a bit overpowering. I believe there may be another type of cheese mixed in with the mozzarella, but I am not sure what it is.
