Best bagels in Eugene. Possibly the best bagels ever. I love their everything bagels with chive cream cheese. The folks that work there are friendly and efficient. Love this place and will definitely be back.

I had my first meal at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The sandwiches were tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly. I tried the Willamette sandwich (turkey) and would definitely order it again if I'm in the area.

Good service, unique food and drinks. I tried the bachelor sandwich, it was different and creative. The taste was good overall. I also had a cardamom latte which was very flowery tasting but it was good and different from most lattes I've ever had. Ver carta

Genuinely good food! Been here a few times and I have no complaints about the food nor the drinks. It’s worth making it out here instead of going to Starbucks or Dutch because of the quality. Wow, what a rude bunch of people. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I arrived at the store while I was on hold and got in line. After 10 minutes of standing in line, I get to the front and start taking other phone orders that came in after Iwas already in line at the store. Then they ignored me and told me to leave. I've been here many, many times, and I'll probablynever go back after the way I was treated today. Ver carta

I go here all the time! Frankly, I try to limit myself to 2 trips per week. I’m a huge fan of The Pearl and their breakfast muffin sandwiches. They also make good coffee. Their prices are good, service is friendly, and the quality is consistent. I’ve been a fan but then yesterday I left a wallet full of cash and as soon as I called this morning they knew who I was and had it waiting for me. I think I’ll raise my weekly limit to 3x

When I spend this much money on food and coffee, I hope that it would be made right. I paid $2.50 extra for arugula on a sandwich, got no arugula. $18.00 for a sandwich not made how I ordered is ridiculous! An iced chai with oat milk for $7.50 is too much when it comes hot! Lackluster service as well, employees were very slow to notice a customer in the building. I even left a tip with my online pick up order. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30

I ordered a baker's dozen of assorted bagels along with two tubs of cream cheese—one with salmon—and it was ready in under 10 minutes. The cashier staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the gentleman behind the counter, dressed in a hipster style, was a bit curt when I inquired about my order, suggesting that I might need to come back for it later. Fortunately, this didn't pose much of a problem, as the cashier behind him promptly brought out my order. The food is delicious! Ver carta
