"I recently discovered this restaurant, and it was truly a pleasant surprise! Meeting my husband here for lunch was a wonderful experience. We arrived around 12:30 on a Friday and encountered a short wait, but we were glad we stayed. While there was limited seating, it seemed most customers chose to order takeout. There is also some outdoor seating available for those who prefer dining al fresco. Parking can be a bit challenging since spots are scarce. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and even had a public restroom. The building itself was quite interesting; it looked like a renovated warehouse, which I found charming. The staff was excellent, though we did wait quite a while for our food, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars."

This is a fantastic place for takeout breakfast sandwiches and espresso. The bagels are good, but not particularly standout. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the ideal spot for you.

I had my first meal at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The sandwiches were tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly. I tried the Willamette sandwich (turkey) and would definitely order it again if I'm in the area.

Good service, unique food and drinks. I tried the bachelor sandwich, it was different and creative. The taste was good overall. I also had a cardamom latte which was very flowery tasting but it was good and different from most lattes I've ever had.

Wow, what a rude bunch of people. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I arrived at the store while I was on hold and got in line. After 10 minutes of standing in line, I get to the front and start taking other phone orders that came in after Iwas already in line at the store. Then they ignored me and told me to leave. I go here all the time! Frankly, I try to limit myself to 2 trips per week. I’m a huge fan of The Pearl and their breakfast muffin sandwiches. They also make good coffee. Their prices are good, service is friendly, and the quality is consistent. I’ve been a fan but then yesterday I left a wallet full of cash and as soon as I called this morning they knew who I was and had it waiting for me. I think I’ll raise my weekly limit to 3x

I ordered a baker's dozen of assorted bagels along with two tubs of cream cheese—one with salmon—and it was ready in under 10 minutes. The cashier staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the gentleman behind the counter, dressed in a hipster style, was a bit curt when I inquired about my order, suggesting that I might need to come back for it later. Fortunately, this didn't pose much of a problem, as the cashier behind him promptly brought out my order. The food is delicious!
