Brooklyn is truly exceptional and warm! The service is top-notch, and the ice cream is amazing!

I used to love Ben and Jerry's when they were in the Chicago suburbs and really missed them. It was such a treat to stop by their location in Manchester, CT, and enjoy some ice cream!

It's safe to say that this place is a treat for all ages, perfect for enjoying summer with a selection of ice cream shakes or sundaes. I tried their toffee walnut cream, which was a special for this year, and I absolutely loved it!

I got a small ice cream cone and had a hard time choosing a flavor. The girl who assisted me was really nice—I'm pretty sure she was the manager. She let me sample several flavors before I made my decision. It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it! Ver carta

This place is fantastic! The manager, Linda, is incredible—so kind and attentive. She always stocks my favorite flavor and consistently gives me a discount whenever I visit, even though she doesn't have to. I truly appreciate all she does. With heartfelt thanks, I remain a fan of vanilla, caramel, and fudge swirl!

The food did not match its price point. I ordered two ice cream cones, which I felt were overpriced. One cone was runny and began to melt before I could even leave the store. The other cone was quite small and, in my opinion, not worth the cost. I also spoke with two other customers who shared their frustrations regarding the quality and pricing. The pictures on the website are misleading. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the money.

I find it difficult to write this because I am a big fan of Ben and Jerry's, and I usually prefer not to leave negative feedback. However, I’ve had two unfortunate experiences at this location in a row. On both occasions, I ordered two scoops in a waffle cone, and both times, the same staff member served me noticeably small scoops. My most recent visit was just about 10 minutes ago, and in the photo, you can see what I received, which was actually after I asked for a third scoop. Ver carta
