"A very nice smokehouse joint with a solid selection of sandwiches, BBQ salads, and some delicious lookin' baked goods. The biggest surprise to me was the cooler filled with specialty sodas and classic brands, my favorite of which was the Sprecher's Puma Kola. That has always been my go-to since I was a kid. The food was absolutely delicious and was just as good, if not a little better than what my family makes for the Fourth of July. The prices are a little steep, but post-Covid food pricing being what it is, it's more than justified by the quality and portions. I will for sure make an effort to stop here whenever I'm in the area. There's just not enough good tasting potato salad in the world anymore!"

"The people that work at this location is one of the reasons that I keep coming back. I have never had the service anywhere else like here. The coffee is amazing but you have to remember that it wouldn't be brewed and in a cup if it wasn't for the employees. 6:15am on December 9th I placed an order online. I put in the special instructions that if they could I would love for them to put a special message that I wrote on my momma's coffee cup. I forgot to tell them which coffee was hers. When I was givin my coffee the message was on it instead of the other cup. She fixed it for me even though it was my fault. I love this location and that manager needs to be given a raise immediately."

"We made reservations in advance. Got to restaurant and was not informed ahead of time that we were to sit outside. They seated us under a small overhang which allowed rain to still hit us. Another table had their umbrellas up because of the rain. Then later they offered us a table inside after the other table was given an inside table. They then informed us that another party took our table inside. So ridiculous!!! The only thing they offered to do was comp us a $15 appetizer with a bill over $300 !!! Today I checked our credit card bill and was charged double for our meal. I called and spoke to the manager Samantha who I told the whole story to and expressed no apologies until I told her I was gonna write a bad review. We will never go back to this restaurant!! So unprofessional!!!"

"We love Thirsty Lion. I think they were having an off evening. I almost always order the king poa chicken, and it’s so yummy. Tonight my chicken was dried out, overcooked and hard. The seasonal pad Thai my guy ordered was pretty good. They comped my dish and the manager apologized and said the quality food they have been receiving is not the same. I understand and we will be back just a little disappointed."
