"I recently visited the Burger King in Latrobe, PA, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the manager, Ben. During my visit, I encountered rude and unprofessional conduct from him, which greatly affected my dining experience. Despite there being no other customers waiting, Ben insisted that I move to the front of the store to place my order, showing a lack of respect and consideration. When I raised concerns about safety—pointing out that there was no proper place to pull in without blocking oncoming traffic—Ben's dismissive and rude response made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. This was my second negative encounter with Ben, and both experiences have been far from satisfactory. Good customer service is vital in any business, and it's crucial for managers to maintain professionalism and possess strong interpersonal skills. I hope this feedback helps initiate improvements in the customer service at the Latrobe, PA Burger King location. Thank you for addressing this matter. I got the worst food poisoning ever from here. A simple whopper meal almost took me out... this was their 2nd chance after they tried to over charge me for the buy a whopper get 1 for a dollar. I hope they don't kill someone before they close for good this time.

I have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant! The burgers are excellent, cooked over charcoal. I also like to take advantage of the voucher meal deals. My favorite is the double cheeseburger meal. They always have a variety of coupon deals available. This is a great place to eat for breakfast as well. Ver carta

I always enjoy dining at Burger King. I prefer it over McDonald's because I find the food to be tastier and of higher quality. Although the service may not always be top-notch, the superior food quality is what matters most to me. The Latrobe location is conveniently situated on Route 30 near Walmart, making it easy to access.

Lazy workers they had me waiting in drive thru to place an order for almost ten minutes I just parked and went inside and there’s absolutely ZERO customers in the store. Why am I waiting at peak lunch time when there are no other customers being served? Oh because the girl taking orders likes to stand outside and smoke cigarettes. Terrible service
