I've eaten there since the 60s never go there Ver carta

The restaurant was quite unclean, particularly the bathroom. However, the food was good, and the staff were polite.

The pandemic was almost 4 years ago and they still won't open up their play placeKid-friendliness: They have a totally functional play place but Albert Lea is about to hit another winter in 2024! With no indoor play place for the kids

Absolutely awful service. Lady taking the order became aggressive over ordering some sauce to which they didn’t even include. Went inside to get sauce and everyone was just standing around and wouldn’t come over to help. When getting their attention they returned with even more awful attitude. Tried calling the store to complain and got hung up on. At least the food is cheap. Ver carta

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICES. DUE BUS SCHEDULE I WAS THE LAST TI BE ABLE TO RUN IN AN GET A CUP OF ICE AND A CHEESEBURGER FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO HAS DOWN SYNDROME AND WAS HUNGRY AND WANTED TO COME IN. BURGER KING IS ONE OF HER FAVORITE FOOD PLACES TO GO. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING HER CHEESEBURGER IN A TIMELY MANNER, SO WE WOULDN'T MISS THE BUS.. THEIR PRESENCE WAS OUR GIFT!!! I've had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Most of the staff seem to ignore customers trying to place an order, and it takes about five minutes for anyone to acknowledge you. When the woman finally came to take my order, she acted as if I was a nuisance. It's clear that the employees need better training in customer service, as there is a significant lack of it here. We used to frequent this place because of the play area for kids, but we won't be returning anymore. It seems like some employees might not enjoy their jobs, and if that's the case, they should consider finding a position they do like, rather than continuing in an environment they dislike.

I waited over 12 minutes in the drive-thru yesterday without anyone even acknowledging me. There were no cars ahead of me, and a line of vehicles behind me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant and was told that the lobby was busy and they were on an important personal call that would take another 10 minutes. Since I only get a 30-minute lunch break, I had already wasted half of it trying to get assistance. I was expected to wait another 10 minutes, then rush back to work and eat in just 5 minutes. I won’t be returning to this location. I left without placing an order, and the four cars behind me went through the line immediately after I left. They likely lost at least 5 orde... Ver carta
