Im an amazon delivery driver and I went in to deliver some packages. I decided to order a coffee and asked if she took apple pay. She ended up giving me a free coffee and told me not to worry about it. Thank you for appreciating delivery drivers!!

The banana pudding is the best in queens! I don't want to compare it to Magnolias because they're just different but I must say this banana pudding is on my top 3 that I've ever tried! The Oreo cupcake was moist, not too sweet and the perfect bite. I'll Be back!

So happy I came across this bakery! I placed an order for my baby 's first birthday for a cake, cupcake and cookies. The cake was Wild One themed with oreo filling and vanilla buttercream cake. The buttercream is heavenly! Best buttercream i have ever tried. Not sweet just silky and luxurious. The lemon sponge was rich with flavor without being overly sweet. A super treat without a super sugar rush.Felt great knowing I can enjoy a delicious treat thats not absolutely loaded with sugar.

I’ve lived in Astoria all my life and I can honestly say there’s no bakery as good and Nerwan’s. The standards that those women have for the freshness of their dessert is simply unbeatable!! Cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, brownies the best!! We are so lucky they chose Astoria to bless with their desserts!! Best bakery!

I just want to say wow! This bakery knows what they are doing! We bought a bunch of desserts for Christmas, let me first start by saying the rainbow cookie crumb cake is the best I ever had!! I know that’s a big statement but trust me it’s phenomenal! The cupcakes are delightful they aren’t too sweet and the flavors are amazing! The staff is super sweet as well! 10/10 recommend! I wish I had a photo to share, as words alone can't capture the experience. The restaurant was very responsive via email when I requested a custom chocolate buttercream cake filled with Reese’s peanut butter cups for 40 people. They assisted me in determining the right size, and the pickup process was incredibly easy and accommodating, even outside of regular store hours. The cake was absolutely divine—both beautiful and delicious! I can't wait to order from them again!

Awful communication. I needed a cake and reached out almost two weeks in advance. Since I hadn’t received a response via email, I called to follow up twice. During my first call, they told me to be patient because the person handling emails had just gone to the office to respond. On my second call, they said they would inform them that I had called. Eventually, I got an email, only to be told they weren’t taking new orders because they were out of the country. If that’s the case, why not have your staff communicate that clearly instead of this back-and-forth? It’s confusing when one employee says they’re in the office responding to emails. We were pleasantly surprised by this little bakery off 31st st on 23rd Avenue. I had heard and read mixed reviews about their cakes and pastries. As the Thanksgiving holidays were upon us, we ordered a ThanksGiving cookie gift box, brownies, four buttercream cupcakes, and a five-inch velvet cake with sprinkles. I am told the cake was a great success, as it was a birthday cake; as I wanted to test their indoor dining standards, we ordered two cups of tea and ate dined on two of the cupcakes. The total price came to $101, including surcharges and tips. That seemed a little expensive, in my opinion. They charged $2.99 as a credit card fee!
