Excellent beer, apps, mains and service. My group of 4 were all satisfied. Very good portion size for the cost.

Came in on Saturday at 9pm because it said online it was open till 10pm. Was told the kitchen was closing in a few minutes so had to rush ordering and rush eating. Service was ok and food was ok.

The experience was excellent, with a lovely atmosphere. The server managed the entire restaurant effortlessly, which was quite impressive. The food was fresh— I had the smoked salmon with toast points, and it was delicious. Ver carta

I love this place. But I can't leave a five star review for a brewery that is this expensive. So if you're willing to just throw some money away (and I am on occasion) this is a good place to do it. Or just drink their beer, it's an easy 5 stars, and skip the food.

We live nearby and were really looking forward to trying this place when it first opened. Unfortunately, during all three visits, the food was either undercooked or overcooked. Overall, the food didn't meet our expectations, and while the beer was decent, it wasn't enough to make us want to return.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Capital Creek Brewery, and I was truly impressed! They have an extensive selection of craft beers, with the IPA particularly standing out for its crisp and refreshing flavor. The atmosphere beautifully combines rustic charm with modern elements. Absolutely fantastic! I'm so happy we stumbled upon this gem while returning from the hot springs to Aspen. It was the perfect halfway point, and we were eager to check out a brewery—what a win-win! The food was incredibly tasty, and the fries were particularly good. I believe this place is a sister restaurant to Aspen Tap, too. I really enjoyed the beer flight option, especially since we're not big beer drinkers and wanted to sample different varieties. The portions were hearty, and it offered the best value for our trip. The service was great, and the atmosphere was laid-back. They even have a happy hour!

Excellent brewery with casual atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for years and have watched several full turnovers of staff and mixed reviews of quality of food and service. The current staff (circa 2022 to present) is amazing and have made this place my go to happy hour spot. The new brewer makes great beer and the staff is friendly, attentive and FAST. I never wait more than 10 min for food when I sit at the bar. I agree that in the past the service was spotty, but the new Management has done a killer job stepping up. Kudos to them and hope to keep enjoying this spot for years to come. PS the new menu is amazing highly recommend the bang bang shrimp.

Enjoyed our experience at Capitol Creek brewing. Located in a busy, mixed use plaza right across the street from our hotel for the night. There were several CC brews on tap, and they had at least one tap from Aspen brewing. The beers were good, fresh, and tasty, and the food was even better. I had the Summer Salad $17 , and hubby had the carnitas tacos, which were great and also on the HH menu for $10.50 . The service was adequate, but not the friendliest. Got the impression most of them did not want to be there. Note, they add a 2% Kitchen Appreciation fee to the total check. Fine with that, but we did buy a $33 t-shirt so don 't appreciate paying that on my merch. Would definitely stop her... Ver carta
