"Heather's Savory Pies and Tapas was one of the best experiences that I had here in Colorado. Everything from the food, the hospitality, the ambiance, and the drinks were top notch. Food: 5/5 We were not too hungry so we ordered one appetizer and one savory pie to share. For the appetizer, we got the stuff mushrooms. They super flavorful and plump. I just wished they had more than four of them. For the entree, we ordered the Shepards pie. It was my first time having it, but boy was it delicious. The mash potatoes were creamy and the lamb was mouthwatering. It paired so well with the cheesy bread that they gave us. Service: 5/5 If I could give this more than I five I would. All of the servers were so sweet and helpful. We had a seat at the bar and was quickly greeted by Nora. She is the best and truly made our experience. She shared so many of her stories and experiences and chatting to her made out night. Ambiance: 5/5 There was live music in this restaurant but it was not overpowering. It was mellow and smooth and we even recognized some of the songs they played. It brought out a wonderful lively crowd to this sleepy little town. I definitely recommend making a reservation because as the night went on, more and more people showed up and there eventually was a small wait."

"Had a relaxing evening with some old friends at this restaurant. We enjoyed some delicious wines, tapas, entrees, and desserts. The Papperdelle with mushrooms and halibut were particularly enjoyable, and the flan was absolutely delicious. While the service was a bit slow to start, overall it was excellent. They also had good vegetarian options and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. We dined in for dinner."

"The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. Five of us entered the restaurant and were completely ignored. Despite there being only one other occupied table, it took 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our order. We were about to leave when they finally attended to us. They claimed they were in the middle of a shift change, but based on their conversations, it seemed unlikely. As Hispanic customers, we overheard them speaking Spanish to each other, using phrases like "hola" and "denada." Our orders were eventually taken, but the waitress only checked on us once and never refilled our drinks. When we received the bill, it came out to over $100. We were very disappointed with the treatment we received and do not recommend this restaurant at all."

"Enjoyed our experience at Capitol Creek brewing. Located in a busy, mixed use plaza right across the street from our hotel for the night. There were several CC brews on tap, and they had at least one tap from Aspen brewing. The beers were good, fresh, and tasty, and the food was even better. I had the Summer Salad $17 , and hubby had the carnitas tacos, which were great and also on the HH menu for $10.50 . The service was adequate, but not the friendliest. Got the impression most of them did not want to be there. Note, they add a 2% Kitchen Appreciation fee to the total check. Fine with that, but we did buy a $33 t-shirt so don 't appreciate paying that on my merch. Would definitely stop here again while on the way to/from Aspen."

"I just tried this restaurant for the second time, being at a loss for some Asian fare and I was disappointed for a second time. If brown was a flavor they have mastered it. I could probably get better chinese food in Cincinnati. The Hunan chicken was not only bland but the chicken tasted like they thawed it in the microwave. Pathetic. The Sezchuan chicken had some flavor but entirely lame. I will give them good marks for the pork dumplings but the hot and sour soup was bland with vinegar being the main flavor and the spicy tuna roll was ok but not even a little spicy. How this kind of mediocrity stays n business I do not understand. It was authentic in this way, the table was sticky and the menus were spattered with food. I just want to forget how I wasted $80. I would have been happier staying at home at eating a bowl of cereal."
