Had a spicy breakfast croissant. The croissant was nice and flaky, jalapeños, added a nice flavor. What I really loved was the fact that I could get something for breakfast for under $10 that was just the perfect size for me. Also, I love 50 Cent cup of coffee

A wonderful blast from the past. The owners of CJ should be applauded for maintaining a real diner. Like the kind I remember from fifty years back. The food is very good, the staff are quite pleasant and seem very attentive. The atmosphere is also what you are going to CJ for. So be sure to look at the photos and memorabilia.

When we stopped in, there was a sign in the window stating that the espresso machine was down, so we opted for drip coffee and a danish. While I'd like to tell you everything was delicious i just can't. A lady made the coffee fresh, but it was weak as water and lukewarm. The danish looked good, but looks were deceiving. Hopefully the espresso machine is up and running again. Ver carta

From the moment we walked into this family run diner, I knew we were in for a treat! The handmade sandwiches and shakes were delicious. The bread literally melted in my mouth.The entire experience was wonderful, from the attentive service, to the charming ambiance.Had the chance to meet the owner (Ellen). What a delightful woman! Thank you Ellen for the hospitable service we will return!!!!

Stopped in mostly to get out of the rain, but was hungry also. Had the blue plate special. French dip with chips and a little cup of broccoli salad and a cup of pudding for dessert. All was good, even the pudding. Had ice tea as well and the price was $12. Very good deal. If you want to try a new place, I highly recommend this one. Just be aware, they don’t take credit cards. We stopped in for breakfast and had the everything bagel with avocado, tomato onion, and it was absolutely delicious! Toasted just right the avocados were ripe and the service was amazing! The girl behind Baker of the homemade banana bread and I ate some at the restaurant and then took some more to go It’s so moist and delicious. It reminds me of my grandmothers.
