the customer service must be better. the personal is too distracted to talk to each other, they have two of my commands wrong.

they made my birthday cake so beautiful. they did good work. my job was on time, and the workers were really nice. I'm so glad they made my childhood pancake. thanks!

that was a great location. generally with the toppings friendly and fast. I was very happy with the experience. young people who work there make sure they tap. I also got a sunshade, but it was gone before the photo could be taken. bogo sundae on wednesday.

I had them make a custom ice cream cake for my mother-in-law’s birthday and it came out great! She loved it! The person who took my order helped suggest a proper size to accommodate the amount of people we were having and it was perfect! We will definitely be ordering cakes for future occasions from here!

wow I can't believe how good the customer service was the ingwer, I don't know their names, but the customer service was amazing, she helped me and my family she was very friendly and patient I recommend to come here it has great sanitary great customer service and friendliness patient and applause for the ingwer. With all due respect, Carvel, your ice cream is good BUT NOT worth it without the crunchies. I bought a cake for the family yesterday, Monday, September 24th and there were NO crunchies inside!! The salesgirl assured me there were. I realize some cakes say Vanilla Only or whatever but there were no limitations on this box!! VERY disappointed AND i am a frequent customer.

Wow I placed a super last minute ice cream cake order, and it came out exactly how I hoped. Very fast and on time, tasted delicious, and whoever the artist is I give her 100 stars. I asked for a drawing of the Jurassic world logo and it looked even better than the picture I sent. She was able to put little chocolate rocks and dinosaur toy toppers, my son was very very happy with his cake : I had no idea what to expect but I’m so glad I came here. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate my order last minute! Amazing job!

I ordered a cake for my 5 year old's birthday party on September 3rd. I called early in the week and asked for a unicorn cake. My mother in law picked up the cake and when she brought it home, I cried. It was such a beautiful cake. I called the store and asked if I could speak to the cake designer. They said she was in the basement busy and can they take a message. I told them to tell her that they made my cake dream a reality and that she is the most talented amazing cake maker and she deserves to know that she is just extremely talented and amazing. Definitely get your cakes from this Carvel. The effort they put in is just second to none. Thank you for the most beautiful cake I could have... Ver carta
