Good place for wine and dine. Typical american pub environment..little dark but perfect for having your drinks. Serves variety of beers and drinks. Tried salads and roast chicken for our main course. It was decent. Service is super quick. Excellent staff.

My roasted chicken was pretty good but I didn't really enjoy their Brussels sprouts, my mom's parmesan crusted chicken was really delicious. My son found the turkey sandwich to be dry, I think that is because the turkey was more like turkey breast then deli meat. My brother really liked his steak, and my nephew found his burger and fries satisfactory. The service was really slow, but that may not be normal.

This place is really worth a visit. The atmosphere is deep, dim, and elegant. I like that the acoustics were good and we could have dinner conversation easily. The servers have been there for a while, and the resulting service is excellent. The food is well flavored without trying too hard. We were able to order a number of excellent dishes. The Chicken, steak, ribs and pasta were all excellent. We couldn't find a way to go wrong... We will visit this location again.

We really enjoyed everything about Charleston's. The food was great, the atmosphere nice and the service was friendly and very fast. No sooner did a plate empty and someone would appear and take it from the table. I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, which was very good. Crisp and flavorful breading yet tender and juicy on the inside. Also at my table was the Fried Catfish, also very good and a Reuben Sandwich which did not disappoint. December 5, 2016 Stopped back in for my favorite French Dip sandwich. Found things vastly improved. The food was great and my server extremely competent and attentive. They have a new soup offering on Mondays called Spicy Bean soup. It is probably best described as Chicken Chili with some green peppers for just a bit of spice and diced tomato on top for presentation. Good Food - A Bit Pricey. Charleston's is hard to distinguish from Houston's. They look the same to me and have many of the same menu items. The decor is a beautiful hardwood with stone accents especially in the arches and windows. I love the look of this place. At night, it is too dark, so my preference is day light meals. The servers and host team are very good. They know their menu and keep the drinks full. They bring a new glass for each refill. It causes the table to get cluttered from time to time.
