"This was an absolutely amazing experience. I've been in the food service industry for over 14 years. And let me tell you something. Charlestons is something very unique. Very open concept kitchen. Everything is made fresh daily. Every single thing was beyond perfect. Each bite was an experience. And I only wanted more. I have the shrimp scampi with asparagus and a side salad. Our waitress, Morgan, is a natural. She was so kind and knowledgeable of all menu items. I asked which dressing she would recommend. She said the champagne vingerett. And let me tell, it was on point! To some it all up, It has been the best resturant I've eaten at in years. Top notch customer service Morgan. We had a great time. And thank you for all you did and do for so many. We thank you from the bottom of our heart. Keep it up kiddo! And a shout out to the kitchen staff. Absolutely amazing food and plating!"

We’re from Dallas, and Charleston’s is our go-to for fresh, delicious food whenever we’re in town. We’ve had Freya as our waitress our past two visits to Charleston’s and she was attentive, kind, and welcoming. All staff is smiley and warm as well. Best restaurant in Norman! Highly recommend!

The BBQ Ribs are meaty and fall off the bone. The Filet Mignon is seasoned well, tender, and cooked to the perfect temperature every single time. The Hawaiian Ribeye is marinated in a sweet teriyaki sauce, which I didn't think I'd like, but that too was a perfect blend of flavor cooked to the perfect temp. The croissants are always fluffy and fresh. The desserts are the right balance of flavorful and sweet...not at all overly sweet or too dense.
