I would not rate them at all, we got a to go order of 2: 4 piece chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy the potatoes were scorched and the gravy was so runny you could have poured it out of the cup Ver carta

I just ordered from CE. When I walked in I was told it would be 20 minutes before chicken would be ready, so I asked if she had tenders. Yes we have tenders ready. It took them from 4:13 to 4:38 for them to box up already made food. Not happy.

Very Good fish and sides. Food was hot and fresh, was treated great. This lady was so gross!!! She was LICKING her fingers and making our food?? We were sitting at the drive threw waiting for 30 minutes when I look over seeing this lady eating corn nuggets and messing with her tooth as she’s packing it. It was DISGUSTING! Then the lady forgot how to count change for like 5 minutes??? Like come on this is disgusting, don’t go there unless you want mouth juices in your FOOD! Meal type: Dinner

Never have anything cooked and ready , it’s always, and I mean always going to be 30 minutes to an hr for something to be cooked , who wants to wait that long?? The Pauls valley location is the worst, to manager is a punk, who would rather start fights with you, than take your order, then turn around and and refuse service!!! How are they able to stay open?? This isn’t a one time experience, it’s been multiple times over several years, I’m done trying to eat at this place!!!! Pauls valley, Oklahoma sucks, to fix the problem start by getting rid of the punk that’s running the place!!! End rant!

Drive thru service. We arrived second in the drive thru. We sat close to 10 minutes before the truck ahead of us placed his order. That person was very upset screaming at the intercom. At this point, I counted 8 vehicles behind us. I was polite and kind through my process. Our turn was lengthy, too, since I ordered gizzards. Instead of moving us out of the lane to wait on the gizzard, we remain holding back those behind us. My wife had the normal 4 piece tenders. Her meal was not unusual. My gizzards were fried in a thick batter instead of the normal light batter. Much worse, the batter was overcooked and had a burnt taste. I didn't try my meal until we were back on the interstate.
