"The wait time was longer than anticipated; we waited an hour and a half instead of the half hour we were initially told. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, as we were informed they were too busy to answer. Additionally, the food was not prepared properly—the sliders were undercooked, with a red center, and the chicken fajitas were served refrigerator cold, as if they hadn’t even been heated in an oven or microwave."

Dinner with my dad and step mom from out of town. The waitress, wish I could remember her name was very accommodating. My only complaint is their online menu didn't match in store menu. They also did not honor their online coupons and specials. No reasonwhy. Just didn't. I give the waitress an A though. She could only do so much without management. The food was edible. Atmospherewas good.

"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, especially from the woman who works there. She doesn't know how to treat customers, always displaying a bad attitude. It's hard to understand why she treats customers this way when there are so many other good and better restaurants to choose from. The woman never smiles and has no positive energy. I do not like her and will not be returning. The customer service is racist and disrespectful. My family and friends used to go there, but stopped because of the bad attitude and service. Customers are important for a business to succeed, and there are plenty of restaurants that treat their customers better. If customers stop coming, the restaurant will close. Imagine if this bad customer service was happening in a larger restaurant."

"Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!"

"B Napoli is a place I will definitely be back to. Our waitress (wish I could remember her name) was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the menu, she was very friendly and funny! Our food was delicious. We shared a Romain salad as our appetizer, then I got the gnocchi for my main… they were fantastic! Very pillowy and wonderful flavor! My fiancé got the veal meatballs with pasta.. that was delicious also! We didn’t have enough room for dessert… but next time we may do just main dishes, then dessert. We will definitely be back!!"

"Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice. She was very fast coming over and serving the requested drink. The eggs, sausage, and bacon could have been better. The bacon was nice and crisp but left a grease-filled oily after taste, similar to the time I purchased breakfast sausage out of a box. The decor was OK, the cook was friendly, he came out to bring us the rest of our order. Like it said it's a mixed review. Food, 2.8 services 3"

"Theodore's goes above and beyond with their amazing food and service! The meat is perfectly smoked and falls off the bone, not drowned in sauce. The mac and cheese is just right and the gumbo is out of this world. You can't go wrong with this real barbecue spot! Ryan provides top-notch service and makes your experience warm and inviting.
