Today after work, I finally decided to use up the remaining balance on a gift card that had been sitting in my wallet for three years. Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped.

I ordered the Just Wings through GrubHub and chose medium buffalo, garlic parmesan, and cilantro jalapeño flavors in both boneless and bone-in options. Unfortunately, the wings were disappointing and tasted awful. I ended up throwing them away. Visualizza piatti

I was quite disappointed with the service from the bartender and waiter. I specifically asked for my quesadilla to be made without jalapeños, but it arrived completely loaded with them. I didn’t eat it at all, and the waiter didn’t even check in to address the issue. To top it off, we were still charged for the dish. I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Dinner with my dad and step mom from out of town. The waitress, wish I could remember her name was very accommodating. My only complaint is their online menu didn't match in store menu. They also did not honor their online coupons and specials. No reasonwhy. Just didn't. I give the waitress an A though. She could only do so much without management. The food was edible. Atmospherewas good.

The wait time was longer than anticipated; we waited an hour and a half instead of the half hour we were initially told. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, as we were informed they were too busy to answer. Additionally, the food was not prepared properly—the sliders were undercooked, with a red center, and the chicken fajitas were served refrigerator cold, as if they hadn’t even been heated in an oven or microwave. The service was awful. We waited over 15 minutes for anyone to approach our table. We ordered two drinks but only received one, and we had to remind the server about the second one. My dish was missing some components, and when I informed the server, she said they were working on it, but it never came. There wasn’t even any silverware on the table. When my child spilled their drink and we asked for assistance, no one came to help. Overall, it was a terrible experience!

The food is outstanding, but I've encountered two significant issues during my visits. First, the tablets and buttons are often dirty and greasy. Second, the salt and pepper shakers frequently have food residue on them. I've previously provided feedback about these concerns, but it seems they're not being addressed, as the situation seems to be deteriorating. I truly enjoy dining here, but I may start to reconsider my visits. It raises concerns about what other cleanliness issues might be present in the kitchen.

I'm not particularly fond of Mexican cuisine because I find it too spicy for my taste. Instead, I opted for the Cajun chicken pasta but requested it without any spices. Usually, when I make special requests, I'm left feeling disappointed, but that was not the case at this place in West Springfield. It was absolutely fantastic! The chicken was cooked to perfection. They had a great deal: three items for just $10. While the clam chowder could have used a few more clams and potatoes, the flavor was excellent. I also found the cheesecake to be incredibly delicious. The service was outstanding. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to my favorites! Visualizza piatti
