Ordered two salads from this location with dressing on the side and the orders arrived without any dressing! When you charge $20 for a bowl of salad, you should provide better food and service. Needless to say will never be ordering from Chopt again.Food: 1/5

I ordered pick up from this place three times. The first time was the best, but there was something wrong for the second and third times… my orders were missing something. Both were missing at least two ingredients. I kind of hesitate to go back again.Food: 4/5

The whole idea of a delicious salad shop when you’re looking for a quick meal is a great healthy option. I tried the Mediterranean cauliflower rice bowls . They were generous with the toppings , which were all fresh and flavorful. They added pita chips on top for some texture . Would try again. Clean and friendly service . Ver carta

The food is delicious and fresh, but the service can occasionally be slow. Although there appears to be plenty of staff on hand to take orders, it often feels like only one person is managing the workload when there’s a backlog. It can be quite frustrating to wait for four or five salads while there are more staff members in the back.

Don’t go at night because all the staff wants to do is rush. The young guy making my salad was rude and sarcastic(6/5/23)Missed items and drenched it in so much dressing, could barely taste the salad.Before leaving he was giving a door dash driver an attitude as well, when the poor guy was just doing his job. Disgusting how the food industry became and the audacity they have while making/serving food. This young man should not be working in this industry. Been a long time customer but will never be ordering from this location again.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on June 19, 2023, at 8 PM. The staff member seemed very rude and acted as if he owned the place, showing little respect for his job or for the customers. It appears I'm not the only one who has encountered this unprofessional behavior; he treated diners like cattle, yelling at us. Additionally, the salad I ordered was subpar, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than before. To top it off, the dining area closed an entire hour before the official closing time. I came tonight to my salad after the gym like I usually do and it was a bit busy, but I saw all the staff working trying to get the orders out of the door, but one of them (which with red hair I think they're a manager or something) was somehow standing in the middle of all on their phone and only slowly moving. The people who help me were still able to be polite and take over my order. Thank you to the rest of the staff, but I wish they received the help they needed, I personally wouldn't do a worker, especially since I was there with a friend for over an hour and continued not to do them, but stared at their phone SMHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

The restaurant has a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of seating options. The service was quick, and a friendly young man assisted me in preparing my salad. He informed me upfront that eggs, shrimp, and protein—essentially anything other than the four basic toppings—come with an additional charge, which I appreciated. I ended up ordering two salads and two seltzers, which I found unappetizing, and my total came to nearly $45. Unfortunately, the flavor of the salad didn't justify the high price. While they do offer a wide variety of dressings and toppings, it's ultimately up to you to determine if the cost of a salad is worth it.

When you try to ask questions, the staff often reacts as if you've offended them, which is quite off-putting.
