Clean Juice - Carta

Not greeted during my recent visit. After I found the juices I was looking for, the cashier ringing me up asked if I would like a bag. I said sure. He then proceeded to hand me an unopened bag and watched as I bagged my juices myself. This place used tobe a standard weekly stop. Now it will be remembered as the gold standard to witness the worst customer service on the planet. No leadership, no service, not worth the cost of goods with that type of guest experience.

Visited twice while in the area, The healthy heart smoothie with cinnamon, maple and avocado was good, the young lady with the large long locs prepared my smoothie and her attitude could have been better. She did not make enough for the 2 24oz Iordered, therefore my cup was not full. When I brought to her attitude, she was not apologetic or friendly when she asked, soyou want me to make over I was in a hurry and simply walked out...didn 't have time to deal with her attitude. Hi, I went to clean juice in hopes to get a refreshing juice after my lovely hike in the woods and I was met with gawks, stares, and whispers by all the employees (and even some customers). I didn?t know that I had to be a size 2 to get some juice that iswaaaaayyyyy overpriced might I add. Learn some human decency and stop gawking at people that aren?t skinnier. You never knowwhat someone is going through, for me I am starting my health journey. It was rude and ruined the whole experience for me. Ithonestly made me feel uncomfortable. Learn how to treat people with kindness and maybe you would get some more business.

Order the berry bowl for delivery but when I opened the lid, i did not see granola or blueberries at all even though the description of the bowl was acai with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, goji berries and granola. I only opted to remove honeybut who knew they removed 2 ingredients I did not request to be removed! The almond butter add on was good. The acai bowl itselfwas alright though would have liked the fruit portions to be a bit more substantial given the price. I understand food pricesare increasing but still found $17 for the bowl (with 2 add ons) a bit steep Update: 2nd delivery came without orange that Iadded and presentation was not good. Ver carta

When I finally reached the register, the cashier just stood there in silence. I asked if she was ready since she hadn't prompted me for my order, but she still didn't respond. At that point, I was ready to leave, but I went ahead and stated what I wanted. Only then did she finally ask for my name for the order. There was no "thank you," and she didn't even tell me to step aside and wait for my drink. Sometimes, silence speaks volumes. I could have gone to a place where customers are valued. This visit occurred on March 25, 2022, at 5 PM. Is there really a distinction between poor customer service and a complete lack of service? The only reason I'm giving it one star is for the fresh juice.

I recently visited Clean Juice, eager to enjoy a refreshing drink after a lovely hike in the woods. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the stares, whispers, and overall negative attention from both the staff and some customers. I was unaware of any specific appearance expectations for simply enjoying a beverage, which I also found to be quite overpriced. It would be nice if they could show some basic human decency and avoid judging others based on their size. You never know what someone is going through; for me, I'm just beginning my health journey.
