Ridiculous check out line for guests after they have eaten plus shoppers and dasher/Uber eats. You need to have servers cash out customers at the table. This is is INSANE. Service: 1

My first visit to a cracker barrel. Very friendly staff; our server was very sweet. Food was tasty, but only give four stars because our veggies and engraving were lukewarm. I'm sure they would have addressed us if we had asked, but we didn't expect us any longer. Food definitely has a mass production look, but it was tasteful.

Cracker Barrel consistently provides excellent service and high-quality food. I enjoyed the chicken pancake at this location, which was served hot and incredibly delicious and filling! The blackberry jam on the biscuits added a lovely touch, making it a delightful pseudo dessert. Our total bill for two was under $30, including a 20% tip! Ver carta

I met a friend for breakfast here this morning, and it was a fantastic experience. Cracker Barrel serves the best pancakes! The bacon, eggs, and fried apples were also delicious and served hot. However, the highlight of our meal was our server, Ruben. He listened attentively to our requests, anticipated our needs, and graciously invited us to return. We will certainly be back!

We requested a different table for a minor reason, and they quickly accommodated us without any issues. The food arrived promptly and was delicious, especially the fried apples. However, the real highlight of our visit was our incredible waitress, Lydia, who truly went above and beyond. While the restaurant may have had 4 stars on their apron, Lydia definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

I had an excellent dining experience at the Willoughby Ohio Cracker Barrel today. The restaurant was busy and our waitress Miss Charmaine checked in with us and took drink orders timely. Our food came timely and was very good and hot. Miss Charmaine provided exceptional customer service, ensuring that we had all that we needed. She has a wonderful personality and was professional and kind. She helped make dining very pleasant. Very positive experience today. We had the best seats located directly in front of the burning fireplace. 5-Stars and highly recommended. Will definitely ask to be seated in Miss Charmaine’s section again. Ver carta

When we received the bill, I noticed a charge of $0.50 each for two small souffle cups of apple butter. I inquired about this with the woman at the register, and her response was quite rude. She insisted it was mentioned on the menu and implied it was no big deal. I explained that we had never been charged for it before, to which she replied, "So what?" In the end, I ended up buying a jar of apple butter to take home, but it felt like they needed that extra dollar more than I did. This experience reminded me why it has been a long time since we last visited a Cracker Barrel, and I don’t think we will be returning to the one in Willoughby, Ohio.

I was so ready to leave a bad review, but the lone woman handling to go orders today (Sunday) afternoon is an absolute gem. I could NOT be mad at her they were absolutely SLAMMED which means she was too. That didn't stop her from being friendly and getting out food to us as soon as she could. She communicated well/checked in and was just the best. The food was delicious and now I understand why there were SO MANY PEOPLE there for dine in and to go orders (Cracker Barrel newbie). I will DEFINITELY alternate my day/time to order when it's less busy BUT I will be back, 95% because of that awesome lady (wish I remembered her name) and 5% for the food.

I hadn't visited a Cracker Barrel in many years, so I decided to try it again. I ordered the chicken and dumplings, along with carrots and cornbread. The portion size was enormous, and I ended up taking the leftover carrots and cornbread home with me. My friend ordered the shrimp and beef tips, but she was not pleased with her meal at all. The shrimp had a peppery coating, and the beef tips were tough and chewy, leaving her quite disappointed. Overall, it turned out to be an expensive dinner that didn't taste good. However, the chicken and dumplings were a much better choice. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table, as it was a busy time. Ver carta
