"Order was to be picked up at 9:30 am. I arrived on time, but my order wasn’t ready. At 9:50 am, I asked an employee about my order. She went to the back and told me they were “putting it in the pan.” She brought my order out at 10:00 am. I inquired about the delay in my order and told her it was supposed to be ready at 9:30 AM. She informed me she Didn’t have anything to do with it as she Is it responsible for the kitchen. I asked if she was a manager and she said yes. Cracker Barrel has definitely regressed in customer service as well as food quality. This is the second Time I’ve experienced an issue with delayed order and lack of concern from the staff. I will not be patronizing Cracker Barrel any longer."

The restaurant was bustling, but since I was dining alone, I only had to wait a few minutes. A waitress came to help me right away. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing.

I had to wait 10 minutes for a table, which was not bad at all. The restaurant practices social distancing and disinfects tables after each use. The employees wear masks, which I appreciated. I ordered the fried fish, which was delicious, and the hush puppies and cookies were also excellent. My waitress was friendly and efficient.

We had a fantastic breakfast with excellent service! We truly enjoyed our meal and didn't encounter any issues. Although I usually prefer the sausage skillet, my companion's sawmill version was also delicious. Despite the restaurant being busy, we had no problem getting seated and placing our order. A five-star experience from start to finish.
