The food was fantastic, but the service has really declined. The two staff members on duty today insisted on taking my name, made hasty assumptions, and generally treated me as if I was wasting their valuable time. I understand if there had been a long line, but that wasn't the case.

I really want to like this place. I just visited for the third time and ordered the turkey and Swiss with all the toppings on a crusty roll. Unfortunately, the bread tasted stale and lacked flavor. Perhaps the soft roll would have been a better choice. I hate feeling like I've wasted a meal.

This is hands down the best meatball sub I've ever tasted. I got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes on my way home, yet it remained hot, and the bread was crispy and fresh. I had a fantastic sub at this restaurant! Even though I ordered a small size, it was more than enough for me. I was able to have half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner. The flavor was delicious, packed with plenty of fillings, and I particularly enjoyed the crunchy roll. Don’t overlook the canola; it was delicious too! To top it all off, the staff were quick, efficient, and very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience!
