I absolutely loved their Pepper Steak! It's one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches you have to try.

**Cons:** It can become quite crowded, particularly during lunch time. All in all, this sandwich shop deserves a solid 5-star rating for its fantastic food, exceptional service, and convenient location.

The food was fantastic, but the service has really declined. The two staff members on duty today insisted on taking my name, made hasty assumptions, and generally treated me as if I was wasting their valuable time. I understand if there had been a long line, but that wasn't the case. View menu

I really want to like this place. I just visited for the third time and ordered the turkey and Swiss with all the toppings on a crusty roll. Unfortunately, the bread tasted stale and lacked flavor. Perhaps the soft roll would have been a better choice. I hate feeling like I've wasted a meal.

I had a fantastic sub at this restaurant! Even though I ordered a small size, it was more than enough for me. I was able to have half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner. The flavor was delicious, packed with plenty of fillings, and I particularly enjoyed the crunchy roll. Don’t overlook the canola; it was delicious too! To top it all off, the staff were quick, efficient, and very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience!

Today, I went to get the customer's food from this shop. As usual, I went to ask if my customer's food was but Kashir's hand was a young girl, of course, she is always there and always shouts and exposes in the distance. My name is Nicco and I think I order from here about 4-5 days a week. Criccas is the goat of Italian subs. It was so good I actually did an order for pickup just to see the goats at work. I really thought Jersey Mikes was good, but Criccas is the definition of GREAT. I had no intentions of leaving a review until I saw some scrubs leaving slander in the reviews. This place is 5-star. Idc if you didn’t get tomatoes or someone gave you an attitude. Just be grateful this place even exist.

The meatball sandwich was decent but the cheese definitely needed to be melted a little more. The Italian Cold Cut sandwich was pretty disappointing. It's a lot of bread and very little filling. The most annoying thing was that I had ordered it with the works but it had no tomato on it at all and exactly six tiny little pepperoncini peppers. Interestingly enough, the last time I was there a few years back, the tomatoes were also left off of my sandwich and when I asked about it, I was told there was a tomato shortage. They did have them but were only giving them to customers who complained?! For the price of the sandwich, I would have definitely liked all of the ingredients to be on it, and...

Update March 4, 2022 okay, this place is seriously becoming my new addiction. Lol. Turkey Bacon Ranch, loaded, on soft bread. Try it. It will change your life. Lots of turkey, bacon ontop, and that red onion with deli mustard is the POW. It 's zippy, zesty, tangy, cooling (from the lettuce tomato). This is umami in a sandwich. I mean, I 'm speechless. Oh!! And those cannoli I love so much, regular or chocolate-dipped, fu get ta bout et! I 'm at Cricca 's twice a week now it 's so frickn good. The regular cannoli. More Savory than sweet.
