"Enjoyed food from here twice. Everything was good. During my first visit, my friend and I shared the fried seafood (double) with catfish and shrimp. We also have the creepy pommes I really like. With my second visit I tried the grilled shrimp pool (half) and my girl had the fried seafood stuffed potato. We also had the bread pudding and it was excellent. I will definitely recommend it. I plan to try out other items from the menu in the future. Formed is the fried seafood and chaotic pommes of my first visit. No picture of the second trip."

My friend and I were there on a Wednesday. The special was Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and a biscuit. Simply delicious. Going back this Wednesday with my hubs. It was THAT good . I forgot to mention that the onion rings are to die for. Favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge. It's like a Mom and Pop atmosphere with Grandma's cooking coming out the kitchen. Don't forget to request a slice of their bread, so you won't have to lick the plate! Literally 10/10!!!! I was visiting Baton Rouge for the week and just happened upon this place. The customer service was amazing, I ordered PoBoys to go and was offered a drink while I waited. The hostess was very engaging, talking to me while I waited. When I come back, I will definitely return to dine in and enjoy the full experience.
