Disalvo's Station - Carta

Tasty Sunday brunch. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Very interesting venue in a old train station with an active train stop above us. Neat feeling as a freight train rumbled above us whilst in the tunnel.

This was a great place for our Valentine’s Day dinner! The food and service was great! It was a little loud as we were seated in the main area outside of the dining room... but it wasn’t too bad. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I are from out of town and I found this restaurant online. It looked really neat so we thought we would check it out. I loved the theme and the decorations. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Ver carta

What a lovely spot! I had no idea it was here! The authenticity is impressive; it feels like a train is about to pass through the station! You can even drive a train to experience how they operated. I really enjoyed my time there and can't wait to try the restaurant someday—it looks fantastic!

The ambiance of this restaurant is outstanding. Housed in the former Latrobe railway station, it boasts a spacious setting. The decor includes various railway-themed items, and there's even a train car inside where you can enjoy your meal. I would rate it 5 stars for its atmosphere and the service, which was excellent. However, I gave it 4 stars overall because the food, while good, didn't quite reach a 5-star level.

My husband and I, and 2 friends enjoyed dinner this week at Disalvos. The atmosphere was quiet, upbeat, nice table and excellent service. Their food is always piping hot. We ordered chicken marsala, veal marsala, crab cakes, scored. Auto correct is bad. I'm talking about fish. All meals were excellent. The wedding and broccoli cheddar soups were wonderful! I was fortunate enough to be part of a wedding that had the reception here. It is truly beautiful, the place has a photo opportunity around every corner! The staff were all smart, helpful, friendly, and efficient. And the food really was out of this world! And I would really like to say, that the bartenders were excellent. No one at this wedding got sloppy drunk but everyone was still in good spirits thanks to them! I can't say enough great things about my experience here.

DiSalvo's Station is that hidden gem in Westmoreland County, Latrobe, Pa. My daughter and son in law had the wedding of their dreams there this past weekend. Mike was the best to work with and was always around to answer questions or just give advice. I would highly recommend DiSalvo's to anyone. The venue was so cozy and everyone loved the cookie table they arranged for us in the train car. The food was delicious! Thank you to the wait staff for carrying dinner plates back to the tables from the buffet. So many people told us they never seen that at any other venue. I would give them a 10 star rating!

The staff at Di Salvo, particularly Michael Fossati, who is the catering and banquet manager, were amazing and made our wedding reception planning completely stress-free and enjoyable. Mike guided my fiancée and me through the challenges of having a wedding during a pandemic, addressing the concerns of guests who were anxious about their safety but still wanted to celebrate with us. He handled food accommodations effortlessly. On the day of the reception, which had been postponed due to COVID, the service was incredibly fast and smooth. Every course was served promptly and cleared away without a hitch, and Mike even had a wallet ready for the money dance when we found ourselves without one!... Ver carta
