"We visited during a special event at Protective Life, and the line was out the door. To avoid the long wait, I decided to use DoorDash. Although there was a delay in the pick-up time, everyone in the restaurant was working hard, friendly, and polite, always wearing a smile while interacting with customers. If you're in downtown for an event, Eugene's is a must-visit for its excellent service and delicious food."

The best hot chicken you can find! The food is fantastic, and the side dishes are exceptional! I really love the deviled eggs and collard greens!

The orders we received were incomplete. We didn't get any sauces, the chicken was dry, and the slaw was unappetizingly slimy. They should definitely check what shoestring fries actually are. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in every way.

The Quarter White Plate was delicious, the chicken was fresh, hot, crispy crunchy. This was the best hot chicken I apos;ve had in my life! The Hot was not too hot, it was perfect, seasoned to absolute perfection. I apos;m definitely ordering here again soon! Ver carta
