Although there was a delay in the pick-up time, everyone in the restaurant was working hard, friendly, and polite, always wearing a smile while interacting with customers. The best hot chicken you can find! The food is fantastic, and the side dishes are exceptional! I really love the deviled eggs and collard greens!

The orders we received were incomplete. We didn't get any sauces, the chicken was dry, and the slaw was unappetizingly slimy. They should definitely check what shoestring fries actually are. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in every way.
