"To begin with, the Pad See Ew was overly sweet and sour, tasting more like Pad Thai. Since I wasn't pleased with it, I decided to swap dishes with my husband. When the server noticed this, she became unreasonably upset. She hovered over us and made passive-aggressive comments about how I wasn't finishing my Pad See Ew. As a paying customer who wasn't causing any trouble or being disrespectful, I found it absurd that I was being scrutinized for my choices. To make matters worse, when my husband asked for two takeout containers for our leftovers, she insisted on giving us just one and seemed irritated when she retrieved another. She aggressively handed the containers to me and then stomped off. Despite this awful treatment, we still left a 15% tip, but it was surprising that she never returned to the counter after we signed our bill. We didn't receive any acknowledgment as we left the restaurant. This review may be lengthy, but I feel it’s important to caution others—no one, especially a paying customer, deserves such disrespect. The behavior we experienced was completely unacceptable. Save your hard-earned money and choose to eat somewhere else."

"Wow! Although I'm not a BBQ expert, this place serves incredible burnt ends. We ordered a meal for eight, featuring pulled pork and burnt ends as the highlights. The brisket was decent—thinly sliced and a bit dry, but it paired nicely with the various sauces. The dry-rubbed ribs were good too, but they couldn't quite match up to the burnt ends and pulled pork. We were not particularly impressed by the cornbread, which had a gummy texture, or the bacon potato salad, which felt overly complicated. Stick to the meat and sauces, and you can't go wrong! The staff was very friendly and promptly prepared our order, even though we arrived early."

"It was a heavenly experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The soup (corn chowder) was divine! They have a sign saying best soup in town and I honestly think they are. The soup felt like a warm hug to my stomach. It brought me back to a home I never knew. I 've never had food make me feel this way. I can 't recommend this place enough. It was an absolute gem. Don 't judge it by its appearance because at first glance you might be like me and not think much of it. But, BOY, is it ! The food will have you saying, Bless the hands that made it! even if you don 't believe in God. It 's that good. I could eat that soup ALL day! I also had the Dutch treat burger with fries and they were great too! But that soup, though... THAT SOUP!!!"
