"The only thing really going for this location is the people working here are much more pleasant than they used to be. They just recently switched which direction the traffic flow goes, so now people are waiting in line in the same area people are waiting to pick food up. So you go through the line and order, then go back around everyone to pick up your food. This is absolutely opposite to just about any place where you order and pick up your order, and didn't used to be this way. It is like they are purposely trying to piss people off so they don't come here so much. And I don't understand why anyone does. The prices are outrageous, especially being in a casino where they are already making LOTS of money. And the burgers are bland and way more greasy than a burger should be. Fries are also a mess, either not salted or grossly over salted. I only go here because for some reason my wife likes their burgers. If you need a burger, grab one before you get to the casino, because Fat Burger is a fat mess. And not in a good way"

Love the burgers hot and fresh. I had not had one in many years then I went to the casino and I had to have one. Made the way I like it and still consistent as back in the day. Worth going to the casino just for the fat burger.

The food was great but the service was terrible! The counter gal Lily was rude and very stand off ish. She should NOT be working in customer service. I hate leaving bad reviews but because of her I will not be coming back here. She may need some training in customer service.

Ok it's in a casino. Therfor it's crowded and priced higher. But it's good food. Burger was good, and chili cheese fries are worth coming there for. Most places around here just can't do chili cheese fries, but Fat Burger got it right Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Ver carta

The food is good, though really expensive for a burger. I only got a burger, no fries, no drink, and it was $13. The interaction with the staff is minimal since it's just when you order... so it's hard to rate the service. The atmosphere is very much like a food court, only you have to wade through cigarette smoke to get there. Service: Dine in

We were staying here at Northern Quest Casino, hungry and hungover and in search for breakfast food! Fat burger offered a breakfast menu. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. When they handed them to me they said I could have ordered them loaded with condiments? WTF why wouldn't you ask me when I ordered them not tell me as an afterthought? Also absolutely no sauce! Dry bun! Gross! But the kicker got my text later from bank and they charged me $6.99 each instead of $4.99. Ugh! Not happy with my experience here!

Got a burger to-go just to find a hair in it when I got home. all food employees preparing, serving, or handling food or utensils shall wear hair restraints, such as hats, hair coverings, or nets I have difficulty understanding how if such rule is followed, why I 'm finding long dark hair sticking out.. (it must not be followed, which is frightening considering the amount of foot traffic this restaurant has. I understand how accidents can happen but this is the second time I 've ordered food just this week in the Spokane area and found hair in it. Sloppy and unhygienic. Ver carta

Only gave 1 star because I have too. This has got to be the crappiest, worst burger I've ever had. The fries were tasteless and dry, and when I bit into my burger, it felt as tough I was getting a mouthful of SAND AND GRAVEL. Not to mention the price, $46.00 for me and my girlfriend. Freakin outrageous! Y'all need to close down and teach your dumb employees how to make a burger correctly. For $23 for a meal, I'd expect anything better. I could get a better burger at MCDONALDS. Get your shit together. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment.

It's been awhile since I been to Fat Burgers, the last location I was at was on Francis and today we went to the one at Northern Quest Casino. I had a lemonade and skinny fries and I did like the fries and I ordered the biggest burger and added bacon and cheese and you really have to be super hungry as I was or really burgers cause this guy was huge. My only issue I had was cause the burger was so heavy the patties fell apart and it was super greasy but having a burger that big I'd expect it I ate the whole burger and I won't eat til tomorrow lol but it was super awesome and tasted pretty good and mentioned was super greasy but if you're a burger love order one and try it out.

"My family has been going to this restaurant even before it became the Rusty Moose. One of our sons worked for RM during his high school years. So, we, our extended family, and friends have always used the restaurant as our gathering place. My husband and I frequent the awesome lounge. So yes, we have been long-time promoters of the Rusty Moose. That all changed last night at 7:30 with a haggard, stringy-haired receptionist who bustled around as if she were so important and busy until it came to our party. Her attitude, facial expression and urgency of bustling all changed after informing me that our 2 month old nursing baby would be counted as a paying customer (to 'push ' our party number to 8 so she could inform us that we could only pay with one check and that a 20% gratuity would be added to our bill, and assured me that even if we sat at two tables as two separate parties, she was still going to charge us as a party of 8! I questioned the rationality of counting a non-customer infant as a customer and charging two separate- paying groups as one party of 8, to which she curtly replied it 's or policy. I went outside to our party that was just arriving to tell them the news. After much deliberation and discussion re: this ridiculous 'policy ' we decided we would stay and deal with it since it was now 8:30 and we had a 3 year old, a seven year old and the infant as part of our group. All three were becoming antsy. We entered the facility to be 'greeted ' by Cruella, and she said it would be a minute for her to set up a table. So we watched as she sauntered to the back and proceeded to bring 8 glasses of water for 7 able- to -drink- people and walked back and forth from the table to the kitchen doing who knows what? She came to the reception area twice with a scowl and acted like she was doing something important on the register then disappeared to the back. After 15 minutes of standing in the foyer with 3 restless and hungry kids, my son asked her what the hold-up was and she replied I 'm organizing the server. My son asked if there was only one server on and she said no with some added information which I blocked out being fed up at that point. My daughter-in-law, who had been walking around the foyer with her nursing baby. asked if we could just go sit at the table while she did the final preparations and the receptionist rep[lied no at which point I didn 't listen to her explanation seeing that it was 8:45 pm, there were less than a handful of customers, a number of un-busy employees milling about and absolutely no logical reason why we could not be seated. My son said Let 's go. When she saw us leaving she hurried up to us and said Your table is ready! we said no, thanks and left. Aside from the lounge, which my husband and I thoroughly enjoy, we would firmly recommend not going to the Rusty Moose with a larger party (especially if you have a baby that will be included in the count. In addition, if your 'greeter person ' fits the description of the one we encountered, we advise you turn around and leave before engaging. This one pathetic experience has not only forever altered our opinion of the RM as a gathering place, but has cost the restaurant the income of not only a party of 7 but all the extended family and friends who will discontinue their patronage there as a result of this incident. Kid-friendliness: None. Patron friendliness: none."
