Fatburger - Piatti

Love the burgers hot and fresh. I had not had one in many years then I went to the casino and I had to have one. Made the way I like it and still consistent as back in the day. Worth going to the casino just for the fat burger.

The food was great but the service was terrible! The counter gal Lily was rude and very stand off ish. She should NOT be working in customer service. I hate leaving bad reviews but because of her I will not be coming back here. She may need some training in customer service.

Ok it's in a casino. Therfor it's crowded and priced higher. But it's good food. Burger was good, and chili cheese fries are worth coming there for. The food is good, though really expensive for a burger. I only got a burger, no fries, no drink, and it was $13. The interaction with the staff is minimal since it's just when you order... so it's hard to rate the service. The atmosphere is very much like a food court, only you have to wade through cigarette smoke to get there. Service: Dine in

We were staying here at Northern Quest Casino, hungry and hungover and in search for breakfast food! Fat burger offered a breakfast menu. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. When they handed them to me they said I could have ordered them loaded with condiments? WTF why wouldn't you ask me when I ordered them not tell me as an afterthought? Also absolutely no sauce! Dry bun! Gross! But the kicker got my text later from bank and they charged me $6.99 each instead of $4.99. Ugh! Not happy with my experience here!

Got a burger to-go just to find a hair in it when I got home. all food employees preparing, serving, or handling food or utensils shall wear hair restraints, such as hats, hair coverings, or nets I have difficulty understanding how if such rule is followed, why I 'm finding long dark hair sticking out.. (it must not be followed, which is frightening considering the amount of foot traffic this restaurant has. I understand how accidents can happen but this is the second time I 've ordered food just this week in the Spokane area and found hair in it. Sloppy and unhygienic. Visualizza piatti

Only gave 1 star because I have too. This has got to be the crappiest, worst burger I've ever had. The fries were tasteless and dry, and when I bit into my burger, it felt as tough I was getting a mouthful of SAND AND GRAVEL. Not to mention the price, $46.00 for me and my girlfriend. Freakin outrageous! Y'all need to close down and teach your dumb employees how to make a burger correctly. For $23 for a meal, I'd expect anything better. I could get a better burger at MCDONALDS. Get your shit together. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment.

It's been awhile since I been to Fat Burgers, the last location I was at was on Francis and today we went to the one at Northern Quest Casino. I had a lemonade and skinny fries and I did like the fries and I ordered the biggest burger and added bacon and cheese and you really have to be super hungry as I was or really burgers cause this guy was huge. My only issue I had was cause the burger was so heavy the patties fell apart and it was super greasy but having a burger that big I'd expect it I ate the whole burger and I won't eat til tomorrow lol but it was super awesome and tasted pretty good and mentioned was super greasy but if you're a burger love order one and try it out.

The only thing really going for this location is the people working here are much more pleasant than they used to be. They just recently switched which direction the traffic flow goes, so now people are waiting in line in the same area people are waiting to pick food up. So you go through the line and order, then go back around everyone to pick up your food. This is absolutely opposite to just about any place where you order and pick up your order, and didn't used to be this way. It is like they are purposely trying to piss people off so they don't come here so much. And I don't understand why anyone does. The prices are outrageous, especially being in a casino where they are already making... Visualizza piatti
