Based on the negative comments I've seen, I would rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. The rude managers don't help either. I'd prefer to go to Jersey Mike's instead; they never disappoint.

Jesus man I don't get it, order a Smoke house beef and cheddar with literally only has like 5 items on the entire sandwich and can't get it ever with BBq sauce no matter how many times I order from here. Hands down worse out of the surrounding locations. Ver carta

Ordering at the counter, I spoke deliberately and clearly. My to go order was handed to me quickly, not made as ordered, and incomplete. When I asked for the left out of the order soup, I was handed a small cup containing a bowl of soup. One other item in this meal was made incorrectly.

Just left this location and I must say, I should have went with all the bad reviews. I ordered the hook and ladder but requested that they replaced the ham for turkey (all turkey). The cashier went as far as asking did I want my pickle on the side and I responded, yes . So.... What I received was, only half the meat and you guessed it, NO PICKLE!!!!Restaurant was clean but what does that matter if you can 't get the order right?!

Today, approximately 30 minutes ago. I just wasted $15 and some odd cents. Sandwiches are sloppily made. Worker could not comprehend don’t toast sandwich. Black guy with long dreads and no hair net helping make sandwiches. Nice white guy came to confirm the remake of my order. The workers still made it wrong. The carton containing the sandwich was sloppy and greasy. The bag is greasy. They need some training on how to properly handle food and infection control. Will not be back. Ver carta

Spent 38.00 on food 1 sandwiched was missing called back up there to inform them about the mistake they made,.I asked them to to remake my order over when I bring everything back. We wanted to eat as a family. When I arrived I was told Alex the GM said he couldn't make my order over ok I just asked for my money back driving from Nesbitt to Olivebranch back to Nesbitt and back for a mistake you'll made I would have thought the least you could have done was made my food fresh thanks Alex.Signed:A disappoint Veteran.

If you have celiac disease and have had a negative experience at this location, I highly recommend trying the Firehouse in Collierville. The difference is remarkable! I visited the Goodman Road location, which is the closest to me, but the experience was less than pleasant. The employee making my sandwich seemed very frustrated, making it clear that it was an inconvenience for them (I should mention this was a few months ago, and I haven't been back since). In contrast, the staff in Collierville are attentive and polite. Now, whenever I'm in the area, I only go to the Firehouse in Collierville.

Warning I would not go here again and I do not recommend. Thank you to all the Firefighters out there who do what you do. And I like that Firehouse Subs donates so much to Public Community Safety and First Responders. Now on to the actual restaurant: it’s staffed completely high schoolers who are incredibly awkward with zero personal skills. The sandwich’s were all warmed in a really weird way like maybe by a microwave. This includes the toppings, gross. The bread was soft and not toasted at all. The meat quality was very sub par. And the pickle that was provided was the saddest excuse of a pickle I have ever seen. It was rubbery and it just looked like a teething baby had sucked all the lif... Ver carta
