Jan 27th 530 to 610 waited for one sandwich that whole entire time. Whatever they are doing is not working at all. On top of that the very unclean associate was walking as slow as possible talking about how mushy the tomatoes were tonight. Deplorable. What happend to workers integrity. If they find making a sandwich hard then they have a long hard life ahead of them."

These are the best subs around!!!! Well worth the money!!! We go 2 or 3 times a month to Waterville for a fantastic sun. My favorite is the NY Steamer. Very friendly staff!!!

Great food, great costume. Eating is a little pricy, but honestly the best meatball sub I ever had. Will definitely be back!! They also give small fire hats for the children's meal my daughter liked. I recommend! Ver carta

So fresh and tasty ! Beef brisket with cheddar cheese brought back Texas memories!!! Want to get another sub sandwich but need one in Bangor, Maine! Come on firemen in Bangor...get the fire started ... build one here...so you can put the fire out... Great Subs!!!

This place really went downhill since it opened. 2. bad experience in the last 2 months. Last time the 2 workers were side by side with a full personal conversation all the time they made our sandwiches. I'd rather not have spit them in. Both times the sandwiches were very delicate and did not taste well. Definitely not worth the money. The subway is better at this point. We're not coming back.
