Flies… just flies everywhere. Understaffed and aren’t posted anywhere to look for help. Wait times are way longer than they say aswell, they say these wait times to drive you away.

The pepperoni pizza meatball sub was incredibly delicious. My mom also ordered a gluten-free Italian sub, and the restaurant was very accommodating. The gluten-free roll was also very tasty.

I have consistently enjoyed the great service, delicious food, and variety of options at this restaurant. I would advise against ordering bottled coke through their website, as they do not have it available. Instead, they will provide you with a can of coke for the $2.50 you spent.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, particularly the NY Steamer sub that I always order. However, I only visit once in a while due to the high prices. The cost of $16.73 for a large sub without any sides seems outrageous to me. Even the smaller portion sizes are unsatisfying. I would dine here more frequently if the prices were more reasonable. I am giving this restaurant two stars because I appreciate the concept behind this business. However, I also had a terrible experience there myself. On January 27th, from 5:30 to 6:10, I waited for a sandwich the entire time. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and the employee seemed uninterested, even complaining about the tomatoes being mushy. It was disappointing to see the lack of professionalism from the staff. If they struggle to make a simple sandwich, they may have a tough road ahead of them.

First time going to Firehouse Subs Waterville, Maine! I was VERY pleasantly surprised!! I mean, it’s subs..right? How hard can it be? Lemme tell you… I’m kinda fussy especially about my pastrami!! This was hands down the best sub I have ever had!!! The super surprise for me was that even for pastrami this was NOT overly salty at all!!! Tender and delicious! The bread substantial yet light. My husband got the classic Italian and he was so impressed he had me try a bite( he usually never shares) and boy was he right!! I am salt sensitive and expected it to be too much for me but again amazed at how un salty the meats are! Staff very friendly and pleasant We have found our new go to sub shop!!...

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and my daughter brought me here for Mother's Day. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The place was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly. We brought our very tired 18-month-old grandson with us, and he was fussy. The server brought out a brand new hat for him, which kept him occupied for a few minutes. The owner even brought him a dessert to help calm him down and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The food was amazing; there was so much on the menu, I couldn't decide what to order! I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was.
