The food, service, atmosphere, and price were all top-notch! We will definitely be returning again when we visit the area!

The food is decent and not overpriced. Our son is such a big fan of trains, that when we are near Kansas City, we make a point to go. He loves watching the trains drive around and drop off food.

The trains delivering some food (if it's too big they can't deliver) is a very cool and entertaining concept. The only problem was the food, the hash browns tasted like something out of a box, wasn't fresh or really delicious but it definitely wasn't totally gross Ver carta

Wonderful place to bring kids! The railroad delivery is a gimmick but one I have never seen before. Worth the experience. Food is basic. Prices are reasonable. Note: The hot dogs are served on hamburger buns. Nothing wrong with that...it just fooled me into thinking they got my order wrong!

The kids will get a kick out of the telephone and train, and so will you. If you like old-fashioned greasy burgers, Fritz's is where to go. The Crown Center location is fine, but the location in Shawnee is better.My rec: Order a triple burger patties are small with cheese. Tater ties and a root beer float.

the atmosphere is why we left. children will love the place. they had a hard time to eat, because they all observed deliveries to the tables. eating needs help, even for quick eating was mentioned that it was worse than mcdonald’s. the personal was not very friendly. it was great to try and see what it is about. the engineer hasse are a great note. we were here several times for lunch or dinner and eating was always great. but on the other day we stopped to breakfast and this is just one of the best places to breakfast. all tasted fantastic and they were good portions. server brought food instead of the feeding breakfast, probably because the tellers were too big for it. the children got a kick from the jelly and syrup with the train.

my four-year-old grandson his momma brought here yesterday. what an AWESOME experience! I was in all rest as we ordered our eating on the phone at our table, the super cool way it was delivered to us with a train that travels over all around the restaurant. a light will come over the table when you eat ready, then the train comes to her table, you eat over them, it is lowered on her table! what is that? it was my first time there as well as my son, daughter in the law enkels, who joined there. they also have arcade type machines. every little young must visit this place! eating was good that you can't beat the service. very friendly staff reasonable prices.

If you're looking for a hamburger, that's what they have most. I didn't realize their hamburger was the size of a McDonald's small one. Initially when we came in, a gentleman was doing something with the cash register. The young lady was cleaning the window glass. Finally, the gentleman asked her, Are you gonna get these people She said, Gimme a second , continuing to ignore us as well as a customer who was holding a child. She walked past us to seat him, not one word to us. I'll be right with you or anything. She didn't come back. If you're looking for a peaceful indoor dining experience, this is not the place to go.
