The meat is old made me sick 15 min after eating using the bathroom constantly rice cabbage was good but my 3rd try and every time old meat

Jammin from the moment we stepped out our vehicle to the moment we started eating! Great authentic Jamaican food and such a warm and inviting ambience. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick bite of some real Jamaican food! We will be stopping by again on our next trip up! :D

Absolutely delicious food. Served hot, fresh and with amazing seasoning. Tried several items off the menu from the jerk pork chicken , ox tail , rice beans, sweet plantains, vegetables pineapple upside cake. All excellent and expertly prepared. BEST Jamaican food in Maine. Every bite of food was heaven. I had the fried chicken, and it was some of the most comforting fried chicken you'll find in Maine. The inside is small, very cozy, and I didn't quite expect to stay as long as we did. But Tyce is such a warm and welcoming woman that you can't help but stay and talk. I wasn't sure about the name for the restaurant, but you go once and you understand. Every bite brought me joy and I can't wait to go back. GO SEE TYCE!!

Been wanting to stop in here for a while now and glad I did. Took my daughter today so she could try oxtails for the first time and neither of us were disappointed. Some of the best oxtails iv ever had, food was so good ended up getting an order of jerk chicken to go as well. Jerk chicken was amazing, spice level was perfect and the smoky flavor was delicious. Owner was super friendly and added to the whole experience. Cannot wait to come back and explore more of their menu options!

We ate incredible food! The jerk pork had an amazing sweetness due to the smoker in the back, and the curry chicken was full of flavor, aromatics, and a perfect amount of sweetness. We can tell they care about their food because of how delightfully balanced everything tasted. Nothing was too spicy, too sweet, or too salty, and everything had deep flavor. They actually soaked the rum cake in rum for 1 whole year before baking it off, and it is pure decadence. I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Pro tip: order the Sorrel drink. She knows how to make it, and it is impossibly delicious. As someone that works in beverage, I can't believe how incredibly refreshing it was. It had lovely notes of warm... Ver carta
