I visited this location recently with friends having never been before, and it surpassed every expectation I could have! I absolutely love how much you can customize your entire drink, even how sweet it is. My friend got some star-shaped boba in hers, and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen! Gong Cha is absolutely my new #1 boba stop

I've bought drinks here multiple times over the past few months, and unfortunately, they tend to be overpriced and mostly disappointing. The coffee beverages are inconsistent; they just don’t taste like they used to. Sometimes, the black and green teas come off as overly watered down. The food and drinks are excellent, and the staff are truly remarkable at what they do. However, there is one downside: a couple that frequents this location. They're always there when I visit, and they have a distinct odor that seems to permeate the entire place. Occasionally, they don't wear shoes, and their presence tends to lower the overall vibe of the atmosphere.

One of the worst place to buy iced Vietnamese coffees ever. Normally I buy it with regular sweet it’s taste fine because Vietnamese coffee normally strong. But this place coffee taste like milk and sugar. Really really sweet. I asked them to help fix it for me. After they fix it it’s still the same. I waste about 30$ on their coffee. But others drink and waffle are good.

My kids really enjoy the drinks, so we go there about every two weeks. Almost every time we visit, there's a couple at the table right by the entrance. They're usually on their laptops with headphones and microphones, and sometimes they even have their shoes off. Every single time I'm there, I hear them drop one or two F-bombs. Went in here last weekend for the first time because it was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try. I was not pleased with the experience. The wait is incredibly long as it is but when they lose your order obviously it's even worse. The flavor of their black milk tea is quite different than any other tea place that I have been and this isn't in a good way. I find there to be a distinct and odd aftertaste. I'm not sure if it's the sweetener they use or something in the tea itself but I don't care enough to return to investigate further. They're clearly popular but after my first experience here I can say that will also be my last experience there.

One of my new favorite places to go get boba, there was a line but like most people say it is worth the wait, they have many options on the menu, you order yourself, the staff is friendly and helpful, there is a bathroom, I love the way it looks inside very clean and a nice vibe, they have games to play if you want to stay and drink your drink, I got brown sugar boba one regular and one with crème brûlée pudding, they were both good, and my bf got a mango type drink and he loved it, the boba was really good not mushy or anything just right, the prices of the drinks were about normal not too expensive, only obviously if you get a bunch of toppings or whatever, I have since gone back a few tim...

It seems that whoever was working on May 17 around 7:30 PM thought it was a good idea to place a cup with an open straw hole into a bag that was too large to be secure. While they did attempt to wrap a smaller bag around the drink for some support, it didn’t really help since the gap where it was tied still allowed the drink to spill. I strongly recommend that the store consider using more secure lids for certain drinks intended for delivery and switch to better-suited bags for transporting drinks, such as smaller, longer cup bags, like those used at Molly Ramen, or the cardboard carriers from Joyu.
