Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Dining

Food was good as usual and our server was great considering how busy he was. Prices did go up from what I remember

Our son's favorite place since he was in a high chair. It is a place for us, a beautiful place to eat, relax and regroup as a family.

The food was delicious, butservice was pretty poor. Our server never checked on us after we got our food. We didn’t receive drinks that we ordered.. Ver carta

service was extremely slow during our visit. we waited almost an hour to get our first order of meat for the all you can eat menu. everything that came after that was also quite slow. they seemed to have enough staff so i’m not sure what the hold up was.

Went for a birthday dinner, started off as it was going to be a good time with a good waitress. But as soon as our order was taken, it all took a turn south. Service almost became nonexistent, food was brought out extremely randomly. Sat there for 10 minutes wondering if she was going to bring us cooking in

I love this place and been there on countless occasions. My last visit made me question if I should return to this restaurant. I took my niece and nephew for lunch there, we ordered the combo for three people. The server came to the table to take our order and disappeared. We had a table full of empty dishes and no refills on our drinks. There were numerous items missing from our order, soups, rice, many of the meats, including a steak that ordered on the side. When we were finished with dessert, he came back with the missing steak. Great timing. Ver carta

Honestly, I've been coming to this place for over 15 years, and it's always such a mood for me that I didn't even want to go to another place except yesterday! Our service was 0 stars. All I ordered, I had to remember our server because it clearly forgot. I asked for for forks and wet napkins that she never brought so I could get up and grab it myself. The grill was left for 20 minutes, not a single person approached to turn it off after we told them we were finished with the order. The food quality was as good as ever, but if you order wrong soup and they don't bring it until you go because they forget, explains a lot about the service.

Nos dirigimos rápidamente al llegar un poco temprano con nuestra reserva. Habíamos ordenado todos al mismo tiempo, aperitivos, bibolvaps de arroz y sobre pedidos de carnes con barbacoa a la parrilla. El servicio comenzó solo después de los minutos en el pedido y los aperitivos estaban espaciados mientras terminamos toda la comida. Cancelamos el último aperitivo, pero aún lo sirvieron, pero al crédito de la cocina. La comida era buena, nada de la que se acerca. Las carnes estaban marinadas bien y muy sabrosas. I was much too gyu, but this time caused me to go, it was so sad and regrettable. I was just for the vday and it was great and remembered why I went so often to gyu. But this last time was the worst. Our waiter was not to find a place for 20mins, and then she finally came over “Alex” and didn’t even get our order right. We have dirty sauce dishes. I got up from my seat to get a clean sauce dish. Every waiter just avoided our eye contact. The kitchen staff there was a woman and she wore headphones I'm not sure if that caused the missed communication. It was very frustrating and disappointing when you expected a great dinner. We even order a $85 dinner plus a few add-ons. Well, that was a loss... Ver carta
