"I been to gyu plenty of times but this time caused me to walk out it was so sad and unfortunate. I was just in for vday and it was great and reminded me why I used to go to gyu so often. But this last Time was the worst. Our waiter was no where to be found for 20mins and then she finally came over “Alex” and didn’t even get our order correct. We got dirty sauce dishes. I got up from my seat to get a clean sauce dish. Every waiter just kept passing us avoiding eye contact. The kitchen staff there was a women and she was wearing head phones I’m not sure if that’s what caused the missed communication. It was very frustrating and disappointing when you were expecting a great dinner. We even order an $85 dinner plus a few add ons. So that was a lost of at least $100 for gyu. I don’t think we will be back for a while or ever again based of this experience. : Get it together you guys were so good!"

We have been many times, was always good. Today was one big mess with many things missing from our order without anyone pointing it out. View menu

Great place! Prices seem a bit high but I understand we’re in an inflation. The lighting was too fluorescent for my taste. A warmer tone would create more of an ambiance, in my opinion. Service was great! Food was great!

Meats are amazing. Delicious and huge menu to choose from. Service is very slow. When I say slow I mean very slow. At times we waited over 15 mins for our next round of meat order when you only have a total of 90 mins available for all you can eat.

service was extremely slow during our visit. we waited almost an hour to get our first order of meat for the all you can eat menu. everything that came after that was also quite slow. they seemed to have enough staff so i’m not sure what the hold up was. View menu

Honestly, I've been coming to this place for over 15 years, and it's always such a mood for me that I didn't even want to go to another place except yesterday! Our service was 0 stars. All I ordered, I had to remember our server because it clearly forgot. I asked for for forks and wet napkins that she never brought so I could get up and grab it myself. The grill was left for 20 minutes, not a single person approached to turn it off after we told them we were finished with the order. The food quality was as good as ever, but if you order wrong soup and they don't bring it until you go because they forget, explains a lot about the service.

It breaks my heart to write this review. I’ve been going to GYU Kaku for about 25 years and I absolutely love going here. Yesterday when I went five out of the six things that I tried to order were not in, they could not accommodate my orders. They are having problems with their supply chain, as well as their internal functions. The wait staff takes 20 minutes to even come to your table after you’re seated, then it takes another 20 minutes just to get your drink before they even take your food order for you to cook your own food with whatever they actually do have in stock. Sadly, this restaurant has gone downhill in recent years and I’m not sure how they plan on turning it around, but I rea...

"Deja Vu Cakes is a fantastic bakery that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious treat. This family-owned bakery is run by a husband and wife who bake everything on-site, and their commitment to using only all-natural ingredients with no artificial additives is admirable.I visited this bakery on St. Patrick's Day, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. They had a fantastic selection of seasonal cupcakes displayed top-level of the display case that are beautifully decorated and a sight to behold which included the St. Patrick's Day cupcake with a gold coin on top. The St. Patrick's Day cupcake was a red velvet cake, colored green, and topped with a gold chocolate coin. The frosting was creamy and rich, and our daughter loved it.The Bailey's cupcakes had some alcohol in them, and they were a real treat. The frosting was creamy and rich, and the cupcakes were moist and flavorful. We enjoyed every bite. The bakery's prices are also reasonable, ranging from 4-5 dollars per item. The shop itself is cute and has a welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and hospitable staff that makes the entire experience even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Deja Vu Cakes and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and friendly bakery.I highly recommend Deja Vu Cakes for their excellent customer service, quality cupcakes, and commitment to using all-natural ingredients. If you're looking for a delicious and welcoming bakery, this is the place to go."
