My husband and I went here for a date. It was pretty good. I had a lettuce wrapped burger which was really good. My husband had the hot wings, but they were just a bit too vinegary for our taste and he had a shake, which he seemed to enjoy. The service wasfine, the food was fast to come out, it was a bit dirty, but it could be because it was late, and still very busy!

Love all their chicken sandwiches, triple C burger, fries are giant and fry sauce delish, shakes are way too big for one person to eat so if you like big portions and food made to order, not premade, this place is bomb. Love the grilled turkey and cheese on sourdough too. Plenty of burger and sandwich varieties. Theyve always been very friendly and got my order right or immediately fixed it and let me keep the incorrect item.

Tonight I went to JCWs on impulse and to do a cheat day. I got the JCW Double with fries and medium Oreo shake and I enjoyed it. It wasn?t too busy inside because I came in at 5:45 pm however the staff was exceptional. The burger is dang huge but it?sdelicious and the fry sauce is so good. The shake though was the best. I would say this is the ultimate place to have a guiltypleasure and not have care in the world. I?d utterly recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely come back again. Ver carta

Tonight, I decided to visit JCW’s on a whim for a little cheat day treat. I ordered the JCW Double with fries and a medium Oreo shake, and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded when I arrived at 5:45 pm, but the staff were outstanding. The burger was impressively large but incredibly tasty, and the fry sauce was fantastic. However, the highlight was definitely the shake – it was unbeatable! I’d say this is the perfect spot for indulging without a care in the world. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning!

Have you ever had cheeseburgers or chicken strips here before?! If not, you?re in luck. This is just about as good as it gets. My family and I are repeat visitors. We are from out of town, but if we are driving through, it?s a must have. I would argue your dining quality, taste, and experience here is far better than In-N-Out Burger. Loads of food to choose from. Have it your way, just about any way you want it. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The whole place was packed and surprisingly VERY clean. I can?t say enough good about this place. Would eat again!

Burgers have always been great here, this visit was a good decent visit but noticed. Few things in particular that need attention. The bathroom was needing attention, paper towels were stacked up pretty good in there. The French fries a little soft you could say, was missing the snap that you would want. The burger was not as good as my last visit. The lobby was not that full so they might c have been a little under staffed which was showing. Overall I?ll go back but was very disappointed on this visit and was not the type of customer to complain. We had a group of 2 families and didn?t want to make a scene. Dined in on a busy Monday evening. Ordered the chili burger, hot wings, cheesy fries and a BBQ burger. We each got a shake as well. The shakes came first, followed by our entrees. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. The lobby was cleandespite it being busy. The food was prepared well though they forgot our bacon and jalapeños we paid to be added to the cheesyfries. The shakes really aren?t shakes, they are more like a large cup of ice-cream with toppings mixed in. (There is no way youcould use a straw). This restaurant was a huge disappointment. They got my order completely wrong, the bacon was overcooked to the point of being burnt, and despite ordering double blue cheese, the burger was dry. On top of that, they sent the incorrect shake via DoorDash. I called to complain, and although they promised me a gift card that was less than the cost of the messed-up burger and shake, it never arrived. When I called again to follow up, the manager was quite rude and told me to deal with DoorDash instead. I will not be returning and strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
