Absolutely delicious! You can't go wrong here! The chicken finger portions were enormous—definitely big enough to share! The bacon burger was large and juicy—so tasty!

The last few times I have came their fries have not been good! They are usually my favorite with their fry sauce and today they were really bad. Sent them back and got more just like them.. I hope they didn't change them cause they are not good like theyused to be and always hot and crispy!

Love all their chicken sandwiches, triple C burger, fries are giant and fry sauce delish, shakes are way too big for one person to eat so if you like big portions and food made to order, not premade, this place is bomb. Love the grilled turkey and cheese on sourdough too. Plenty of burger and sandwich varieties. Theyve always been very friendly and got my order right or immediately fixed it and let me keep the incorrect item.

My husband and I visited this restaurant for a date night, and overall, it was quite enjoyable. I tried the lettuce-wrapped burger, which was excellent. My husband ordered the hot wings, but he found them a bit too vinegary for his liking. He also had a shake, which he seemed to enjoy. The service was satisfactory, and our food arrived quickly. The place was a bit messy, but it might have been due to the late hour and the busy crowd.

Tonight I went to JCWs on impulse and to do a cheat day. I got the JCW Double with fries and medium Oreo shake and I enjoyed it. It wasn?t too busy inside because I came in at 5:45 pm however the staff was exceptional. The burger is dang huge but it?sdelicious and the fry sauce is so good. The shake though was the best. I would say this is the ultimate place to have a guiltypleasure and not have care in the world. I?d utterly recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely come back again. View menu

The bathroom was needing attention, paper towels were stacked up pretty good in there. The French fries a little softyou could say, was missing the snap that you would want. The burger was not as good as my last visit. The lobby was not thatfull so they might c have been a little under staffed which was showing. Overall I?ll go back but was very disappointed on thisvisit and was not the type of customer to complain. We had a group of 2 families and didn?t want to make a scene. The fries foronce had left overs which was not normal..

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. They got my order completely wrong, the bacon was overcooked to the point of being burnt, and despite ordering double blue cheese, the burger was dry. On top of that, they sent the incorrect shake via DoorDash. I called to complain, and although they promised me a gift card that was less than the cost of the messed-up burger and shake, it never arrived. When I called again to follow up, the manager was quite rude and told me to deal with DoorDash instead. I will not be returning and strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
