"This restaurant was a huge disappointment. They got my order completely wrong, the bacon was overcooked to the point of being burnt, and despite ordering double blue cheese, the burger was dry. On top of that, they sent the incorrect shake via DoorDash. I called to complain, and although they promised me a gift card that was less than the cost of the messed-up burger and shake, it never arrived. When I called again to follow up, the manager was quite rude and told me to deal with DoorDash instead. I will not be returning and strongly recommend you go elsewhere. I spent over $100 on two burgers, a grilled cheese, a club sandwich with fries, and two shakes, and they couldn't get anything right or make it right. It's too expensive, and they clearly do not value their customers."
