"Papermill Place has the RUDEST manager I have EVER met. I took a friend there for lunch. My friend works very close to Papermill Place and only has 45 minutes for lunch. We ordered a tuna, and chicken salad sandwiches. After about 20 minutes I went to the counter as I didn’t see our waitress to ask how long it would be as we were on a limited lunch break. The person at counter asked where I was sitting and I pointed to it. The Manager proceeds to come to our table with a check in hand barking at me, “Your order has only been in the kitchen for 10 minutes and we are busy!” Yes, there were a few tables of people maybe 8 tables of people with at least 5 wait staff. As we were leaving, I saw the Manager and told her, “You were rude.” She proceeded to yell at me in front of customers, “You were rude, this isn’t a fast food restaurant!”"

The service was good enough to get to 3 stars, but based just on the food, I would have given 2 stars. I got an omelet. The filling was undercooked, the hashbrowns were still white and the coffee was bitter.

There service was decent, the food was not good at all. The biscuits was about the most tasteless I’ve ever eaten. Their “bacon” reminded me of what I had once at a chain hotel contential breakfast.I wouldn’t waste my time or money here.

My mother's lunch was cold, old, and flat-out disgusting that I had to complain to the manager. The manager started to question my 92 years old mother, Integrity right off the bat, and I got angry because of her unfounded statements and questioning my mother's integrity. The manager was unpleasant and unprofessional , and she and the owners should be ashamed and embarrassed for themselves. Needless to say that we will never go back, and I can't offer a recommendation but stay away from this poor excuse of a restaurant!
