"Papermill Place has the RUDEST manager I have EVER met. I took a friend there for lunch. My friend works very close to Papermill Place and only has 45 minutes for lunch. We ordered a tuna, and chicken salad sandwiches. After about 20 minutes I went to the counter as I didn’t see our waitress to ask how long it would be as we were on a limited lunch break. The person at counter asked where I was sitting and I pointed to it. The Manager proceeds to come to our table with a check in hand barking at me, “Your order has only been in the kitchen for 10 minutes and we are busy!” Yes, there were a few tables of people maybe 8 tables of people with at least 5 wait staff. As we were leaving, I saw the Manager and told her, “You were rude.” She proceeded to yell at me in front of customers, “You were rude, this isn’t a fast food restaurant!”"

The omelette was made incorrectly, and I saw them trying to fix it in the microwave—absolutely disgusting! This place isn't what it used to be.

Really solid breakfast options and the turkey sausage is excellent. Everything was cooked promptly and exactly to order. Our waitress was on the coffee situation and kept us topped off. We shall return!

There service was decent, the food was not good at all. The biscuits was about the most tasteless I’ve ever eaten. Their “bacon” reminded me of what I had once at a chain hotel contential breakfast.I wouldn’t waste my time or money here.

The diner offers reasonably priced comfort food. The atmosphere is somewhat old-fashioned, yet has a certain charm. The clientele here tends to be quite specific, but I appreciate the friendly rapport between the waitstaff and the regulars. There’s a reason those familiar faces keep coming back. It’s one of those establishments that has become a beloved fixture over the years, and I truly hope it remains for many more years to come.
