The filet mignon was outstanding; I could cut it with a butter knife, and the char was incredibly delicious. My drinks were also great—I enjoyed a gummy bear martini and a huckleberry lemon drop.

The menu, which includes a great variety of burgers and steaks, is outstanding. Jake, the bartender, offers fantastic service, and their whiskey selection is quite impressive. It's absolutely worth the trip!

I ordered a $40 steak cooked rare, but it arrived medium instead. They noted that it was takeout, but didn’t remember that I picked it up right away. It seems like they might have just kept it in the back for too long without needing to. Ver carta

Amazing food, and the staff are even more impressive, if that can be believed! Over the years, we've eaten there at least once a week between Maple Valley and Covington. Since we recently moved to Enumclaw, Jackson’s has undoubtedly earned a perfect score of 10 out of 10!

Showed up at 7:30p. Ran out of beef burgers (half the menu) and informed us after our order... Sides were served thirty minutes before the main.. . Drinks took twenty minutes to arrive. Just one thing after another.. . We are still waiting for 3/4 of the table to be served.

With an amazing staff and outstanding service, Jackson's is undoubtedly one of the top restaurants in Enumclaw. Their mouth-watering burgers, tasty appetizers (I particularly love the Cordon Chicken Bites), and skillfully prepared drinks all merit a well-deserved 5-star rating. Jackson's serves the best pasta! A few nights ago, I decided to order from Jackson's, and I was truly impressed. Their Alfredo sauce is fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious! The staff is fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it's a wonderful place, and I highly recommend stopping by to experience this lively and delicious restaurant. You won't regret it!

We received excellent service, and the spinach artichoke dip was quite tasty. The Moscow Mule was delicious! We ordered a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger; the sandwich and garlic fries were enjoyable. However, the burger seemed to have been cooked quickly—the outside tasted a bit charred, while the inside was somewhat mushy. They appeared to be busy, so I understand they might have been in a rush. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would definitely return.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the seafood gumbo, which was supposed to include a Caesar salad and a French baguette. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad arrived without any dressing, and I did not receive the baguette at all. The gumbo itself was lacking both crawfish and crab; I only found a tiny crab claw shell. When I asked the server if the gumbo was supposed to have crab, he told me, "It shouldn’t." After checking the menu again, I confirmed that it indeed listed "crab" as an ingredient.
