"I placed an online order for pickup and my husband picked it up. When he was trying to make sure everything was correct and in the bag (as he is allowed to do because we paid for it already), one of the employees was extremely rude and yelling at him that everything that was ordered was in the bag. We live 45 minutes away so he just wanted to make sure it was correct because mistakes can happen but we’d be too far away to come back if something was missing. I never write negative reviews but my husband is a very nice man that was simply making sure everything was in the bag and should not have been yelled at. He came out to the car really rattled and confused by this encounter. What happened to people treating others with kindness? Do better. He said the lady handing him the order was very nice, so atleast there’s that."

The staff seemed to be in a bad mood, and one of the employees raised their voice at a customer who mistakenly identified another employee as a man when she was actually a woman. The customer promptly apologized, but the rude employee continued to escalate the situation.

I want everyone to know we ate at the Chesterfield Mo location today and this group of employees were an absolute delight the most fun loving, polite crew I’ve ever seen they made our day and we had a great lunch. Thank you. Debbie and Andy #jerseymikesrocks I have a great picture but don’t know to put it on here.

All I can say is, wow... I'm not sure if it's a staffing problem, but the customer service is lacking. There was no friendly greeting, and I almost felt like a nuisance for placing my order when the shop was empty. The tables were sticky, and there was food all over the floor. I really hope they can get it together. Ver carta

This review is in response one right before. These 2 women in the picture were an absolute disgrace to the Jersey Mike 's franchise ?. My family loves Jersey Mike 's. We went in on a Friday evening and the 2 women (shown on the picture below) were ignoring our presence and we waited. They proceeded to take our order when I realized they had to be on drugs. Long story short It was a terrible experience and I won 't be going back to this location

It’s clear from other reviews that management is indifferent to the type of employees they hire. This particular employee should not be working in a customer-facing position. If she is that unhappy, she should consider finding a job elsewhere. Given that this level of service seems acceptable at Jersey Mikes, I will be choosing to patronize other sandwich shops in the future and will not return to this one or any other locations owned by this company.

Store is clearly short staffed. Employee took her frustrations out on the customers though. It was very uncomfortable watching her throw stuff around and being rude. I ordered sandwiches for my kids only as I felt it was an inconvenience to order one for myself. Then as we walk out after eating she is glaring us down. Why would anyone come back after feeling uncomfortable like that? We were patient and polite the whole time as well. Hope they can get the store staffed Ver carta

Service extremely poor two young ladies was working Thursday evening when i walked in around 7pm . me and my husband walked in the store was empty no one greeted us . we patiently waited for atleast a simple hello or one moment please they just kept looking at us but continue there closing work . so we proceeded to wait and wait they never aais anything to us then once we gave up up we told them Thanks for nothng the short American Woman told us “your welcome “ So with that being said absolutely horrible seevice here . I ordered through Uber eats, they were having a buy one get one free sale, so I did that, paid through Uber eats and then when I got my receipt my total had doubled, called them, they told me they couldn’t refund or cancel because I had already paid, they said I would have to cancel or talk to Uber eats. Hung up, decided to just keep the order, waited an hour for delivery and then got a notification that my order had been cancelled. "Disappointed. My wife and I came in for our annual anniversary dinner and we're very underwhelmed. Some problems were specific to the location and some to the chain as a whole. We arrived for our 6pm reservation about 5:45pm and were seated promptly. Not a fan of the main dining room which I don't think serves the concept well but it's what we got. We were greeting as soon as we sat down and were told the specials. Our waiter while a little nervous and rushed was thorough and attentive. My wife ordered a cocktail and I ordered a Diet Coke. I was told they were currently fixing the soda machine but that it would only be a few minutes. Our drinks arrived about 15 mins later which wasn't horrible but the bread didn't come out till then as well. For an appetizer I ordered the crab stuffed mushroom caps which arrived with my wife's salad as requested but did take 20 mins. A very forgettable appetizer. If you didn't tell me there was crab meat in there I would have thought they were bread crumb stuffed mushroom caps. Even the size of the 4 mushrooms was ridiculous considering the $22 price and the fact they took up less than half the plate. And as almost every thing we ordered they were drenched in butter. My wife had ordered the Ruth's truffle filet medium with half a salad and half a side. While the price seems like a deal the portions are paltry. Now I stopped ordering the Caesar long ago because of its lack of flavor but my wife was content with it. The filet was without flavor let alone a hint of truffle and was tough along with a piece of tendon that she had to pull from her mouth. The half portion of mashed potatoes had a mote of butter around a scoop of like warm potatoes. I ordered the ribeye medium rare. I am a steak purist and what I expect from a medium rare ribeye is good marbling, tenderness and some flavor. I got none of those this evening. While it appeared medium rare by color the center was hot. There was absolutely no marbling or even any fat to speak of period. I honestly thought they had given me a strip steak by accident. If your gonna bathe steaks in butter at least add some salt and pepper to add a hint of flavor beyond unsalted butter fat. And it was TOUGH. I also found a piece of tendon that I was unable to chew through and had to spit out. Flavorless and tough is a failure when it comes to a so called Prime cut ribeye. And one more thing, if someone orders a steak medium rare and you bring it out on a proclaimed 500 degree plate what temp do you think that steak will be by the time they are half way thru it? Yes, 5 mins later it was medium well and dry due to the continued cooking on the plate and the lack of fat present. I did not order a side. I took the last third of my ribeye home and gave it to the dog if that tells you about how I felt about this $65 steak. And I can't remember the last time I didn't finish a steak I ordered. And I have to also add that the two tables next to us both ordered the porterhouse for 2. I watched those waiters struggle cutting both of those when serving them to the guests. For our anniversary they gave us 2 cupcake size desserts which is a nice touch but honestly deterred us from ordering a full size dessert which I feel may have been fresher than the tiny premade ones. All in all the check was $177 for two people plus $30 tip. Unfortunately this dining experience will probably be our last for a while till the food improves."
