"I ordered through Uber eats, they were having a buy one get one free sale, so I did that, paid through Uber eats and then when I got my receipt my total had doubled, called them, they told me they couldn’t refund or cancel because I had already paid, they said I would have to cancel or talk to Uber eats. Hung up, decided to just keep the order, waited an hour for delivery and then got a notification that my order had been cancelled. Called back, was placed on hold and then hung up on, and then they ignored calls after that. Tried again later and someone answered and said that they actually can cancel orders. But I never asked them to cancel. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this location. Jersey mikes is great, this particular one is not"

I want everyone to know we ate at the Chesterfield Mo location today and this group of employees were an absolute delight the most fun loving, polite crew I’ve ever seen they made our day and we had a great lunch. Thank you. Debbie and Andy #jerseymikesrocks I have a great picture but don’t know to put it on here.

All I can say is, wow... I'm not sure if it's a staffing problem, but the customer service is lacking. There was no friendly greeting, and I almost felt like a nuisance for placing my order when the shop was empty. The tables were sticky, and there was food all over the floor. I really hope they can get it together.

Was in tonight at 8pm and there was a short white girl with tattoos on her arms yelling and saying extremely rude and disrespectful things to customers. She even yelled what are you looking at at another customer. If this is the type people you hire I will make sure I go to other sandwich shops that actually appreciate business, and don’t have employees treat customers like trash. View menu

This review is in response one right before. These 2 women in the picture were an absolute disgrace to the Jersey Mike 's franchise ?. My family loves Jersey Mike 's. We went in on a Friday evening and the 2 women (shown on the picture below) were ignoring our presence and we waited. They proceeded to take our order when I realized they had to be on drugs. Long story short It was a terrible experience and I won 't be going back to this location

It’s clear from other reviews that management is indifferent to the type of employees they hire. This particular employee should not be working in a customer-facing position. If she is that unhappy, she should consider finding a job elsewhere. Given that this level of service seems acceptable at Jersey Mikes, I will be choosing to patronize other sandwich shops in the future and will not return to this one or any other locations owned by this company.

Store is clearly short staffed. Employee took her frustrations out on the customers though. It was very uncomfortable watching her throw stuff around and being rude. I ordered sandwiches for my kids only as I felt it was an inconvenience to order one for myself. Then as we walk out after eating she is glaring us down. Why would anyone come back after feeling uncomfortable like that? We were patient and polite the whole time as well. Hope they can get the store staffed View menu

The young girl with the blond hair was very rude with a nast attitude. She appeared to be over the others. The other workers appeared nervous around her. We had never eaten there before, every time I asked a question she snapped with a reply to the point that my mom and I walked out. When I simply asked her to toast my bread. She snapped we don 't have a toaster ! At that point we 'd had enough of her and replied we do not like angry people fixing our food. We went to the zumbel location and received excellent service ?

Service extremely poor two young ladies was working Thursday evening when i walked in around 7pm . me and my husband walked in the store was empty no one greeted us . we patiently waited for atleast a simple hello or one moment please they just kept looking at us but continue there closing work . so we proceeded to wait and wait they never aais anything to us then once we gave up up we told them Thanks for nothng the short American Woman told us “your welcome “ So with that being said absolutely horrible seevice here . "Let me start by saying the food saved this review from being 2 stars. I was alone for dinner, so since this Ruth's Cris was connected to our hotel, and I had not eaten at a Ruth's Cris in almost 20 years, I decided to splurge and have a good steak dinner. I chose to sit at the bar so as not to take up a table. The bar was fairly busy with patrons when I arrived, but after 10 minutes it decreased to about a 1/3 full. I ordered a glass of red wine, the wedge salad, and the classic filet, medium-rare. The wine and salad arrived in a reasonable amount of time and both were good. The lettuce was okay; the bleu cheese crumbles+dressing and bacon crumbles elevated it to good. My filet took awhile to arrive. When it did, it was closer to medium-well than medium-rare. For the first time in my life, I sent the steak back. Another ~15 minutes went by and the manager himself delivered my steak, take 2. This one was properly cooked: medium-rare, and it very good. A while after I finished 1 of the 3 bartenders asked if I was done, and I asked for a dessert menu. I opted for the cheesecake with berries. Another ~15 minutes went by and it arrived. The cheesecake was probably the best part of the whole meal, but I don't know why it took almost 15 minutes to bring it to me unless they had to make it from scratch. There did not seem to be a lack of wait staff, the ones at the bar appeared experienced, the restaurant was ~1/2 full, so I can only guess the cooking staff was the issue. I say that because I heard a table near the bar had an issue with their food, and the manager had to come out to another couple at the bar and smooth them over for their experience. As I said, the food was good and it saved this review from being 2-stars. The staff attentiveness was sporadic, and neither the bar nor the tables were more than 1/2 full while I was there. Atmosphere is upscale steak house: if you've been to a Ruth's Chris before, you know what to expect. So all in all, I will keep my future visits to high-end/high-priced steak houses to other venues. Feel free to give this Ruth's Chris a try for the food, but don't have plans to be anywhere after dinner because you could be here awhile."
