Jersey Mike's Subs - Carta

Dirty. Lately I don't know what is the problem, the management, the employee but all the fast food restaurants are dirty. This wasn't the exception.

I am thrilled that Jersey Mike's is supporting the Maui Food Bank with their roundups. The donations they provide are wonderful, just like their subs. Thank you so much!

Jersey Mike's is easily my favorite sub shop, and this franchise does them proud. The staff here is friendly and keeps things moving along well. Ordering here is always a pleasure. Ver carta

On Saturday morning, a young woman had to handle everything at the restaurant while the manager and three male employees were hanging out in the back. She complained to the manager, but he showed no remorse.

The service at this restaurant was awful. I spoke to the manager about it and he listened attentively, but did not offer any solution. It's disappointing that customer service is no longer a priority for this company.

I usually get delivery from here since I have a limited window for lunch and every time the subs satisfy my taste buds beyond belief. I have been visiting JM's all over and this one is without a doubt one of the better in all around customersatisfaction. Ver carta

Stopped in on Sunday evening of Memorial day weekend to get a sandwich for my wife and I. When I was paying the kid at the register ask if I wanted to round up? Meaning give the corporate franchise more money, I said no but I would be happy to round down. He responded by tossing my change to me. Will not go back.

I am unsure of the manager's identity, but they have dirty blonde hair in a man bun. The manager took my order and then proceeded to clean the grill without acknowledging me. This has happened on two separate occasions with the same individual. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I left the restaurant at 6:45 pm and decided to dine at Penn Station instead.

Brand New Jersey Mike 's close to Historic downtown Springboro. The store is brand new so it is spotless. It 's so clean and tidy. The folks working here were super friendly and didn 't seem to mind me snapping all the pics for this review and talked to me in a genuinely nice manner. The food prep was spot on, they ask you for anything special, want anything added or removed with the vegetables, seasonings and oil. So this place is a win for Springboro. I do miss one of my favorites but the location and friendliness off the staff was very welcoming. I hope they do well and will update this review as time goes by.
